CASH REWARDS THROUGH COMPETITIVE EXAMINATIONS

GET CASH REWARDS BASED ON JEE / PMT PERFORMANCE

[13][12]

1. Cash rewards, scholarships will be decided on the basis of performance in the METRE Exam and are subjected to score above minimum cut-off marks in each subject.

2. In case of more than one participating student securing equal aggregate marks in the METRE, better Rank shall be given by comparing scores individually in the subjects in the order of decreasing priority: Mathematics, Science (P, C, B) & Mental Ability for Class 7 to 10 and Mathematics/Biology, Physics, Chemistry for Class 11. If individual scores in all the subjects are also equal, then the youngest student shall be given better rank.

3. Students will be entitled for assured cash rewards on the basis of their performance in METRE irrespective of their decision to enroll for Mentors Eduserv Classroom program or not. Students eligible for cash reward (on admission) can avail it at the time of admission through waiver of fee amount equivalent to the reward amount.

4. To get the scholarships related to METRE, one has to enroll for any of the classroom programs of Mentors Eduserv.

5. The cash reward shall be given to the eligible students on attending Felicitation Function to be organised by Mentors Eduserv. No Reward shall be handed over in person to any of student's relative/guardian or his/her representative in any case. The venue and date will be announced through SMS and telephone calls.

6. Students enrolling with Mentors Eduserv through METRE can avail another golden opportunity of fetching additional cash rewards by qualifying in JEE MAIN, JEE ADVANCED, AIIMS, NEET (for details see Page No. 11).

(a) The rewards mentioned is applicable for JEE (MAIN & ADVANCED) 2019 and 2020 / NEET & AIIMS 2019 and 2020.

(b) The rewards mentioned for regular classroom program students will be given, if a student maintains 90% attendance in the Classes & Tests.

(c) Only one reward mentioned in there shall be given to a student. Any student claiming this reward need to be present in the Felicitation function to be organized by Mentors Eduserv with selection letter showing the rank. After Felicitation function no reward will be given.

(d) Reward will be given to top 20 students enrolled with Mentors Eduserv in each of JEE MAIN, JEE ADVANCED, NEET & AIIMS each year. Cash Rewards will be given as per the information given in this information brochure.

7. Assured Cash Rewards will be paid to Students through a crossed cheque and shall be in favour of the Student/ Student's parent only.

8. The final discretion of Cash rewards, scholarships for Mentors Eduserv classroom programs in each case will remain with Mentors Eduserv management and this decision will be final and binding on the candidate.

9. A student will have to produce required documents [METRE Admit Card & Aadhaar Card] to claim Cash rewards, scholarships for Mentors Eduserv classroom programs (as directed by Mentors Eduserv).

10. Mentors Eduserv reserves the right to change/ cancel any Test Center without any prior notice.

11. FOR STUDENTS TAKING ADMISSION IN 'FIRST STEP' COURSE THROUGH METRE

Student can take admission for any of the following classroom programs :

• 1 Yr. (First Step Course)

• 5 Yr. ( First Step + Genesis + Catapult + Ground Zero Course)

12. FOR STUDENTS TAKING ADMISSION IN 'GENESIS' COURSE THROUGH METRE

• 1 Yr. (Genesis Course)

• 4 Yr. ( Genesis + Catapult + Ground Zero Course)

13. FOR STUDENTS TAKING ADMISSION IN 'CATAPULT' COURSE THROUGH METRE

Sudent can take admission for any of the following classroom programs :

• 1 Yr. (Catapult Course)

14. METRE Selection Letter will be distributed in the career counseling Seminar conducted at various cities (Test Centres of METRE). The date, time & venue of Seminar will be communicated to the students on their registered mobile number by call and SMS. In the Career Counseling Seminar, you will be given important tips and tricks on how to prepare for the Competitive Exams along with your School studies and how to crack Competitive Exams with a good rank along with a good score in Board / School Exams.

15. To avail Cash reward on admission, Scholarship for Mentors Eduserv Classroom Program student has to Enroll on or before the date mentioned in the METRE Selection Letter given to the students.

In case Student approaches us to take admission after the mentioned date, then he/she has to pay a late fee as mentioned in the Selection Letter.

16. Students studying in Class 11 and enrolled with Mentors Eduserv in two year classroom program can avail assured cash rewards only on the basis of their performance in METRE. Cash rewards (on admission), Scholarships are not available for them.

17. Students in Class 9 & 10 and enrolled with Mentors Eduserv can avail all the benefits of METRE based on their performance in METRE.

18. (a) The registered office of Mentors Eduserv is at Patna. All disputes and differences of any nature with regard to subsequent enrollment and studies shall be referred to the arbitrator appointed by the Management of Mentors Eduserv. The Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and statutory modification thereof and rules made there under. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. The arbitrator so appointed shall not be incapacitated for reasons of their being the employee of Mentors Eduserv or its sister concern, and for reasons of having any prior linkage with the company. The seat of arbitration will be only at Patna. This is needed for speedy hearing of issues.

(b) Subject to 18 (a) herein above, the exclusive jurisdiction in the matter shall vest in Patna Court only.

NOTE : Payable Amount becomes Zero if your maximum Cash Reward on Admission is compensated with Fee after Scholarship and your Education becomes FREE.

• Reward for Engineering Aspirants (Class 11th & 12th) [During study at Mentors Eduserv] : If the average score of a student of 3 months in internal Weekly Tests is more than 85% in JEE ADV. pattern test (subjected to obtain min. 80% in each weekly test) & more than 90% in JEE MAIN pattern test (subjected to obtain min. 85% in each weekly test), then student is awarded Rs. 20,000 quarterly.

If the average score of a student of 3 months in internal Weekly Tests is more than 80% in JEE ADV. pattern test (subjected to obtain min. 75% in each weekly test) & more than 85% in JEE MAIN pattern test (subjected to obtain min. 80% in each weekly test), then student is awarded Rs. 10,000 quarterly.

• If the average score of a student of 3 months in Reward for Medical Aspirants (Class 11th & 12th) [During study at Mentors Eduserv]:internal Weekly Tests is more than 85% in AIIMS pattern test (subjected to obtain min. 80% in each weekly test) & more than 85% in NEET pattern test (subjected to obtain min. 80% in each weekly test), then student is awarded Rs. 10,000 quarterly.

If the average score of a student of 3 months in internal Weekly Tests is more than 80% in AIIMS pattern test (subjected to obtain min. 75% in each weekly test) & more than 80% in NEET pattern test (subjected to obtain min. 75% in each weekly test), then student is awarded Rs. 5,000 quarterly.

Note : To obtain above mentioned reward, student is required to give all the weekly tests and his/her classroom attendance should be atleast 80% of the total attendance. In case a student misses a weekly test due to emergency (Health issue etc.), prior approval is required.

If the average score of a student of 3 months in internal Fortnightly • Reward for Class 9th & 10th students [During study at Mentors Eduserv]: Tests is more than 85% in NTSE pattern test (subjected to obtain min. 80% in each Fortnightly test), then student is awarded Rs. 10,000 quarterly.

If the average score of a student of 3 months in internal Fortnightly Tests is more than 80% in NTSE pattern test (subjected to obtain min. 75% in each Fortnightly test), then student is awarded Rs. 5,000 quarterly.

• Reward for Class 8th students [During study at Mentors Eduserv]: If the average score of a student of 3 months in internal Fortnightly Tests is more than 90% in NTSE pattern test (subjected to obtain min. 85% in each Fortnightly test), then student is awarded Rs. 10,000 quarterly.

Note : To obtain above mentioned reward, student is required to give all the Fortnightly tests and his/her classroom attendance should be atleast 80% of the total attendance. In case a student misses a fortnightly test due to emergency (Health issue etc.), prior approval is required.

MENTORS EDUSERV ACHIEVER’S CAMPUS (AT PATNA)
