The beach hut is sublime. Hosts were very nice. Food options on the island are limited, expensive, and poor quality. Luckily one of the hosts is a fisherman who will happily sell you fresh fish or lobster which you can grill on a baby Weber. Would definitely recommend to other travelers!

April 2018 Honestly, when I booked this stay I did not expect it to be so beautiful, and the service to be so personable and friendly. The administration and caretakers of the villas are always courteous and happy to help, the view from our villa was A-MA-ZING, and I feel like we were staying in the best part of Culebra. This was a perfect place for our kind of traveling. We don’t like hotels and don’t care about pools or cable tv. Tamarindo Estates was clean, quiet, and had a lovely view and deck for me to read in the morning while my husband slept in. Linda (owner) and Debra (employee) were incredibly helpful- thanks again Debra for valiantly looking for our room key in the downpour!! We would certainly return.

July 2017 The place is at an amazing snorkeling beach and snorkeling gear can be rented right down the street. The view is incredible! What really bothered us was that the bed for the third person was not made, there was just a fold out bed in the corner. There is also not enough space for a third person. I think for the price we paid we could expect all beds to be prepared. We definitely recommend this place for couples or simply 2 people. The location and the view made up for it though!
