• We want to bring together, promote and support the most valuable people and schools - people who strive to better themselves and those around them.

• We support personal and professional betterment of all our members.

• This community will make a difference in how educators communicate, collaborate, and connect across cultural barriers.

About TAN • TAN is the world’s first professional network for:

- World-class educators who want to work and live in foreign countries. - Top schools who want to recruit the best educators for their students.

• James Rector, the founder of TAN, spent 7 years in Asia and worked with, recruited and interacted with thousands of teachers and schools overseas.

• Thanks to his extensive experience, James built this network to naturally emphasize the most reputable schools and teachers; after all, trust is understandably difficult in the world of teaching - and hiring - abroad.

Membership by approval, Professional resources, City Guides, Moderated Forums,

Events and Professional Groups

Online information sessions, Expert advice, and

Support at every stage of the teach abroad process

Tools to help members transparently showcase themselves:

Video recording (Self-interview technology), Profile Folders, Review, Content promotion, Ad campaigns
