She demonstrates her strong problem solving and interpersonal skills, winning the Doyle Award. Semesters breeze by as the strongest students band together to form a power group. They remain undefeated in client pitches, win awards and give mentorship speeches. Tanya lands an internship at Birthplace where she quickly blossoms, and assumes the role of Junior Business Manager within a few weeks. Upon the impromptu departure of a colleague at Birthplace, Tanya must instantly jump in to assume projects management responsibilities on a social media campaign for CBS’s Flashpoint.
