Target Audience

The age of target audience will be mainly teenagers, to be more specific the ages of 15-21. This is because this is the age that will be more likely to buy music and my song will appeal to them. I will also be aiming loosely at 22-28 year olds as some of them might like the song and will have the money to spend on it.

Age

For my target audience I will be focusing on males and females as I think they will both like the type of music and the video. Also with teenagers males and females are more likely to enjoy the same music where as older men and women are more likely to like different music to each other.

Gender

My target audience will be teenagers more of the ‘Indie’ scene, they will go to gigs to see live music of local bands and well established bands. They listen to music a lot and it is a very big part of their lives. They use technology a lot like YouTube, iPod’s, Facebook etc so this is how I will target them. They read magazine’s like NME and the Fly so this is where my adverts will be. They also shop at places like Topman, Topshop, H&M, Wardrobe etc. It is a ‘niche’ audience I am aiming for.
