We take the privilege of inviting you at the 46 Annual Conference of the AOI West Bengal at The Oberoi Grand, Kolkata on 8 and 9
December 2017 (Friday & Saturday). More than three hundred ENT Surgeons from all over West Bengal and other states of India will
participate in this conference.
Dr Goutam Khaund from Guwahati, Assam, will deliver the prestigious Late Dr Satyaban Roy Memorial Oration. Conference will be
followed by cultural program and dinner at The Oberoi Grand, Kolkata on 8 and 9 December 2017 (Friday & Saturday).
Post Conference Surgical Workshop will be held at Peerless Hospital, Kolkata on 10 December 2017 (Sunday). Dr. Renuka Bradoo
from Mumbai will perform the live surgeries and share her knowledge.

Trade Exhibition will be 8 and 9 December, 2017 from 9 am. to
5 pm. at The Oberoi Grand, Kolkata.
Exhibition Stalls will be handed over at 8 am. on 8 December and
should be vacated by 6 pm. on 9 December, 2017.
They will co-host the dinner on 9th December at
The Oberoi Grand. They will be allotted one premium stall (6x3 mts.)
& one full page color advertisement in the souvenir.
Three lunch coupons will be given for each stall.
No trade delegate will be allowed in the dinner except participants
(maximum 10) from the company who will sponsor the dinner.
Companies have to take prior permission from the organizing
committee for any special construction or for extra power
consumption.
Full amount should be paid before 8 December 2017. The
organizers have all the rights to change the stall or cancel the
participation on valid ground.
