I  had  the  honor  of  working  with  Tarini  Bauliya  for  approximately  13  years  during  much  of  her  employment  with  New  Chapter,  Inc.    During  those  13  years  I  was  employed  at  New  Chapter  in  various  capacities,  including  service  as  its  president  and  CEO,    and  I  served  on  New  Chapter's  board  as  a  director,  vice  chair,  and  chair.    I  have  also  served  as  a  trustee  of  the  American  Herbal  Products  Association,  a  board  member  of  the  Biodynamic  Trade  Association,  and  am  currently  a  board  member  of  the  American  Botanical  Council.

Sales is one of the most honourable professions in the world; I am finally convinced of that now, myself having been a sales professional helping businesses thrive, and perhaps more importantly, helping people reach their full potential. During my tenure at New Chapter Canada as Ontario’s Account Executive, I (along with the Canada salesteam) overcame seemingly insurmountable challenges alongside Tarini. To place this into context, having yearned to be a clinician since the age of 5, in 2008 I achieved my dream of becoming a licensed naturopathic doctor and had a wonderful practice.
