Letter Advising the Tsilhqot-in National Government (TNG) of the Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources (MEMPR’s) decision to proceed with the issuance of a Mines Act permit for exploration work proposed by Taseko under Notice of Work (NOW) MX-3-131 for the proposed Prosperity Copper Gold Project. Taseko’s NoW was referred to the TNG by the Ministry on July 10th 2008 and August 05, 2008.
