To create this simple piece of dialouge I dragged the sounds that I wanted from the sound library onto different tracks by simply dragging and dropping them into reaper. Some of the audio clips may have been too long so I had to shorten them by hovering over the left or right edge until I saw the two opposising arrowswhich then allowed me to shorten them until I was happy with the audio that was produced.
