If the accident is at home, tell the person on the phone where you live

If the accident is not at home try and look for a street name or building name so the person on the phone knows where you are.

It means ‘can you wake the sick

person up?’ Are they awake?

If they can’t wake up, you must tell the person on the phone.

How do you know if someone is breathing?
