Appetizers/Snacks

Banana Dogs 3/4 cup peanut butter 4 hot dog buns 4 Tbsp. honey 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 2 small bananas Microwave honey and peanut butter in Vent 'N Serve Medium Shallow for 30 seconds. Stir and spread on buns. Slice bananas lengthwise and dip in lemon juice. Place banana halves on buns.

Best Hot Dip Ever 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 (8oz.) sour cream 1 pkg. dried beef 1 tsp. Worcestershire ½ green pepper, chopped 2 Tbsp. onion, grated ¼ tsp. garlic salt & pepper slivered almonds Mix all ingredients in the Medium Deep or Large Deep Vent ‘N Serve. Top with slivered almonds and microwave on high for 3 ½ - 4 ½ minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with Frito’s.

Breading for Chicken, Fish, & Pork Chops Simply toss some Ritz or Town House crackers into the Quick Chef & add some of the Italian Herb seasoning. You can substitute croutons or bread for the crackers.

Cinnamon & Honey Butter ½ pint whipping cream ½ to1 teaspoon Cinnamon Vanilla 1 teaspoon Splenda 1 to 2 teaspoon Honey Whipping Cream should be at room temperature Place whipping cream & Splenda in Tupperware Quick Chef, using paddle, & turn for 4 to 5 minutes. Drain milk and work with spoon until smooth. Add Tupperware Cinnamon & Vanilla Spice Blend & honey, mix well place in a Tupperware Snack Cup and refrigerate.

Fast and Fabulous Fruit Dip Heavy Whipping Cream - 1 ½ cups Vanilla Extract - 1 ½ tsp. Powdered Sugar - 1 Tbsp. + 1 ½ tsp. Yogurt - 1 (8 ounce) container (experiment with flavors) Place heavy whipping cream into the Whip ‘N Prep™ Chef and whip. Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar. Continue to whip the cream till you feel some resistance which indicates that the cream has become ‘Chantilly’. Add yogurt and whip until well combined. If desired, fold in chopped fruit of any kind. Chill in the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.

Finger Jell-O 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Jell-O 2 1/2 cups boiling water Mix together and pour into Animal Wigglers Set or Cold Cut Keeper Jr. Let gel 3 hours or more. Cut into shapes and enjoy!

Rainbow Jell-O Salad 4 small pkgs. of Jell-O, assorted flavors 4 cups vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt Make each layer by dissolving pack of gelatin in 1 cup hot water. Add 1 cup ice cream and stir until dissolved. Layer in Ice Prisms Medium Bowl, chilling each layer until firm before adding next layer. Top with Cool Whip.

Fruit Pizza 1 (18oz) package of sugar cookie dough 1 (8oz) package low-fat cream cheese ¼ cup packed light brown sugar 2 cups mixed fruit (whatever is handy – sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or sliced bananas) In Vent N Serve Medium shallow or base of Oval Microwave Cooker, melt cream cheese and brown sugar together for 1 minute at medium high (70% power). Stir until smooth and set aside. On a baking sheet lined with silicone Wonder Mat, press out cookie dough to 9” circle. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool for a few minutes and then spread cream cheese

mixture onto cookie. Sprinkle with fruit and chill until time to serve. Remove from Silicone Winder Mat before slicking pizza. To prevent bananas from turning black, cover sliced bananas with 1/8 cup apricot or peach jam diluted with 2 tsp. of water or use dip them in lemon juice.

Fruit Salsa 2 Granny Smith apples, cored & sliced 2 kiwi 6-8 strawberries 2 T. apple jelly (or other flavor) or 2 T. brown sugar ½ tsp. cinnamon vanilla spice 1 squirt lemon juice Peel kiwi with Universal Peeler. Place apple sliced in Quick Chef Bowl. Turn handle until chopped. Add remaining ingredients and chop to desired consistency. Enjoy! Serve with graham crackers or cinnamon chips.

Garlic Mayonnaise Garlic - 3 cloves, crushed Egg Yolk - 1 (at room temperature) Sea Salt - ¼ tsp. White Wine Vinegar - 1 ½ tsp. Olive Oil - ½ cup plus 2 Tbsp. Place garlic, egg yolk, salt, and vinegar into the Whip ‘N Prep™ Chef and whip just enough to mix ingredients together. Pour the oil in the funnel that is located in the handle while still rotating the handle. Continue to whip until all the oil is incorporated into the mayonnaise and you have a thick and glossy sauce.

Homemade Cheese Spread 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 2 sticks margarine 1 can evaporated milk or skim evaporated milk Cube cheese and add margarine and evaporated milk, microwave covered at 70% power (med-high) until melted and smooth. (Just like cheese whiz at a fraction of the cost.)

Huddleston’s Homemade Salad Dressing Buttermilk - 1 cup Mayonnaise - 1 cup Salt - 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb 1 Tbsp. Cayenne pepper for a zip! (optional)

Italian Bruschetta 1 medium onion (peeled and cut in half) 1 can diced tomato (15 oz.) 1 Tbsp. Chef Series Italian Seasoning Blend 2 cloves garlic (peeled and smashed) Quarter onion: Chop in Quick Chef using blade. Add remaining ingredients; cover and turn handle until desired consistency. Serve on toasted Italian Bread Slices

Orchard Salsa 3 small Granny Smith apples, cored and quartered ½ red pepper, quartered ¼ red onion 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded ½ tbsp. Simple Indulgence™ Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend 1⁄3 cup lime juice, juiced using Lemon Lime Press 1 tbsp. honey salt and pepper, to taste Place all ingredients in base of Quick Chef™ Pro System with blade attachment. Turn handle to process until coarsely chopped. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serving suggestion: whole grain crackers and sharp cheddar cheese. Serves: 16 Serving size: 2 tbsp.

Stuffed Mushrooms 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spinach soufflé ½ tsp. minced onion 2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese 12 mushrooms – 2 inches in diameter Large Deep Vent ‘N Serve Container Cook spinach on medium for 2 minutes. Break apart; stir in onion, crumbs and 3 Tbsp. of the cheese. Twist out stems of the mushrooms and mound caps with spinach

mixture. Arrange the mushrooms in a circle, and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Cook 3-4 minutes, ¼ turn after 2 minutes. Let stand for 3 minutes.

Veggie Pizza 2 tubes crescent rolls 8 oz. cream cheese 1 small onion 1 cup mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. Veggie Delight Seasoning Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrots Shredded cheddar cheese Spread out crescent rolls on silicone wonder mat and pinch together. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, until golden brown.

Beverages

Cocoa Mix 8 qt size instant (powdered) milk 2 pound box of Nestle Quick 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/4 cup cocoa 6 oz. jar non-dairy creamer Put all ingredients in Modular Mate Square 4 or Rectangle 2. Mix by shaking. Stores a whole hot chocolate season. Mix 1/4 cup (scoop) in 1 cup boiling water.

Strawberry Mango Smoothie 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced 1/2 cup mango, cubed 1/4 cup orange juice 6 ice cubes Place all ingredients into a blender and blend well. Pour into Strawberry Fruit Tumbler and enjoy. Makes 12 ounces.

Orange Tropical Smoothie 1 whole orange peeled, de-seeded and divided into sections. 1/3 cup fresh pineapple, cut into chunks (can use canned, drained) 1/2 cup low fat vanilla frozen yogurt 2 ice cubes Place all ingredients into a blender and blend well. Pour into Orange Fruit Tumbler and enjoy. Makes 12 ounces.

Blueberry Banana Smoothie 1/2 cup fresh blueberries 1 small banana 5 oz. light vanilla yogurt 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract (optional) 5 ice cubes Place all ingredients into a blender and blend well. Pour into Blueberry Fruit Tumbler and enjoy. Makes 12 ounces. Nutritional Benefits: The anthocyanin’s found in blueberries make them the highest antioxidant fruit, helping to keep cells healthy and fight off heart disease and improve memory.

Zucchini Bread 3 eggs beaten 3 cups flour 1 cup vegetable oil ½ tsp. baking powder 2 cups sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. vanilla ½ cup chopped walnuts 3 tsp. cinnamon 2 cups grated zucchini Mix eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Blueberry French Toast Casserole 8 slices white bread 3 large eggs 1½ cups whole milk ¼ cup maple syrup 1 tbsp. Simple Indulgence™ Cinnamon-Vanilla Seasoning Blend ½ cup fresh blueberries pinch of salt Slice the bread into large triangles. Set aside. Apple Pie Pie Crust:

2 Tbsp. flour Pinch of cornstarch Pinch of salt Pinch of baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. shortening Few drops of water Pie Filling: 1/2 small apple 3 Tbsp. sugar 1/8 tsp. cinnamon Mix flour, salt, cornstarch, baking powder. Add shortening and cut shortening into dry ingredients with fork, until it is well mixed. Add drops of ice water to hold the mixture together. Shake a little flour onto the Pastry Sheet and roll pie crust to desired size. Place crust into small pie pan. Fill with apple cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and couple dots of butter. Cover with top crust, pressing edges together firmly. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

Place nuts in Bottom of Ring if desired. Fill halfway with ice cream. Level off and put in a layer of crumbled cookies or Nuts, caramel or chocolate sauce. Fill remainder with ice cream. Melt chocolate in Base of Oval Microwave Cooker for 1 ½ minutes. Stir and melt for additional 30 seconds, if necessary. Meanwhile, on a 151/2" x 101/2" jelly roll pan, lined with a Silicone Wonder™ Mat, lay out the graham crackers. Pour caramel sauce over graham crackers, smoothing out with Saucy Silicone Spatula. Chocolate Peanut Butter Decadence Makes 48 Balls 11/2 cup peanut butter 13/4 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted 11/2 cup powdered sugar 1 (12 oz.) pkg. + 4 oz. milk chocolate chips (or semi-sweet) In a Thatsa™ Bowl, combine melted butter, peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar. Mix together using a Saucy Silicone Spatula. Roll into 3/4" balls, and chill for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in the Base of the Oval Microwave Cooker, microwave chocolate for a minute, stirring with Saucy Silicone Spatula. If necessary, microwave for 30 seconds more. Chocolate consistency should be smooth. Take chilled peanut butter balls and dip one by one in the melted chocolate (use your fingers, toothpick, or a fork to dip). Melt chocolate in Base of Oval Microwave Cooker on High for approximately 2 minutes. Stir with Saucy Silicone Spatula and microwave for additional 30 seconds, if necessary. Cinnamon-Vanilla Spice Coating options: 3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa, or finely chopped nuts Heat cream in microwave for 30 seconds; set aside. Melt chocolate bark in Vent ’N Serve in microwave on 80% power, stirring every minute until melted through. Holding cherry by stem, dip in chocolate to coat. Place on Silicone Wonder Mat. Add the flat end of a chocolate kiss against the chocolate covered cherry, with point of the kiss facing out to resemble the body of a mouse. Chocolate chips 2 cups powdered sugar 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup margarine Put Crispix cereal in large mixing bowl. Melt chocolate chips, margarine and peanut butter in microwave for 2 minutes. Stir until all melted and pour over Crispix cereal. Stir until completely coated. Next, pour powdered sugar over mix, seal and shake until Crispix is completely covered and looks like “puppy chow”! (Can be frozen) ENJOY!

Rice Krispies Jack-O-Lanterns Follow Rice Krispies Treat directions, except for adding red and yellow food coloring to marshmallows before adding the cereal. Butter hands and press mixture using a Hamburger Press. Quickly push candy corn or raisins into "treat" for eyes. Make mouth with licorice rope or tube of colored frosting.

To make brownies, combine dry ingredients in a Mix-N-Stor® Plus Pitcher with: 1 tsp. vanilla 2/3 cup oil 3 eggs ½ cup nuts, optional Pour into lightly greased Vent ’N Serve™ Large Shallow. Warm Rice Pudding Makes 6 servings 1 cup short grain rice, uncooked 2 cups water 1 (14 oz.) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup raisins 1/2-1 tsp. Cinnamon- Vanilla Spice In Base of Oval Microwave Cooker place rice and 2 cups water; cover and microwave at 100% for 5 minutes; stir with Saucy Silicone Spatula, replace cover; microwave for 10 minutes at 70% or until water is absorbed and rice is tender. 1 Cool Whip, small 1 Vanilla instant pudding 1 1/2 cups milk 1 pkg. Gummy Worms Scrape filling from 6 cookies and set aside. Crush the remaining cookies in the Quick Chef and set aside. Mix milk and pudding in Quick Shake. Pour pudding mixture into medium bowl. Blend in softened cream cheese and Cool Whip. Using the Silicone Spatula and Tote-em Pails (or Impressions Bowl), alternate layers of pudding and cookies. Crush remaining cookies and sprinkle on top. Decorate with Gummy Worms.

Nutty Blueberry Coffee Cake Topping: 1 cup pecans, ¼ cup sugar…. Spray frying pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place sugar and pecans in frying pan over med. Heat. Melt until pecans are coated and crispy. Place in bottom of Family Micro-Steamer. Mix together ½ box of yellow cake mix, 1 egg, ½ cup water and 1 ½ cup thawed blueberries. Pour batter over pecans. Turtle Cake 1 Devils food cake mix 1 cup water 3 eggs 8 oz. sour cream 1 cup chopped pecans ½ cup caramel ice cream topping 1 Large Vent ‘N Serve Container Mix cake mix, water, eggs and sour cream. Neufchatel (low-fat) cream cheese 1 (15 oz.) can spicy chili beans 1 cup Tupperware’s Simply Salsa 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (low-fat or non-fat) In Base of Oval Microwave Cooker, layer ingredients in order with shredded cheese ending up on top. Cover and microwave on High until cheese is melted and bubbly—about 2 minutes. Serve immediately with chips.

Hot Crab Dip 1 (6 ½ oz.) can crab meat 1 (8 oz.) Cream cheese 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. minced onion Rinse crab in cool water. Soften cream cheese in Vent ‘N Serve for 45-60 seconds, stirring after 30 seconds. While cream cheese is in the microwave, mince the onion and add mayo, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. TupperWave Casserole. Microwave on HIGH (100%) Power for 10 - 15 minutes, stirring once, or until hot throughout. Serve over cooked rice.

Beef Tetrazzini 1/6 Beef Mix Recipe 1/4 cup Skim Milk 1 (10 oz.) can low sodium, low fat Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Broccoli, defrosted 1 cup grated Swiss or Cheddar Lite Cheese 1 tsp. Best Chili Ever 1 (20 oz.) can crushed tomatoes with puree 1 pkg. Chili O’ Mix (French’s) 1 (8 oz.) can Bush’s Chili Beans (hot or mild)

2 lbs. browned ground meat (beef or turkey) In Large Deep Vent ‘N Serve container, mix all ingredients. Cook on medium power for 10-15 minutes.

Browning Ground Beef in Micro-Steamer: Place 1 or 2 lbs. of ground beef in Family Micro-Steamer on colander. Microwave on high with lid for 3 to 4 min. Use a Tupperware spreader to cut up ground beef to avoid cutting up plastic. Microwave again for 3 to 4 min. All fat goes to the bottom of your container. This is the healthiest way to cook your ground beef.

Brown Ground Beef in the base of the Oval Microwave Cooker with Colander Base. Cook at 6 min. per lb. Stopping half way through and breaking it up with a large spoon. Drain meat and rinse out Oval Cooker. Place Deep Colander Ring on top of base. Dip tortilla into the sauce and lay it in the Oval Cooker. Layer meat, cheese, onions, olives, and tortilla with sauce. Continue to make layers until complete. cook for 15- 20 min.

Flip Over Pizza 1 lb. ground beef 1 celery rib, chopped 1 med. Onion, chopped 1 quarter cup chopped green pepper 1 can (10 ½ oz.) pizza sauce salt to taste ¾ cup biscuit/baking mix ¾ Tbsp. milk ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

In colander, crumble beef, sprinkle with celery, onion, and green pepper. In dish place ½ cup water. Place colander in dish. Cover. Microwave on high for 7 min. or until meat is no longer pink and veggies are no longer tender. Stir. Once. Empty and wipe out bottom of dish. Place meat mixture in dish. Stir in pizza sauce and salt. In separate bowl, combine biscuit mix and milk just until combined. Roll out on a lightly flowered pastry sheet into 9 in circle. Place over meat mixture. Cook, uncovered on full power for 8 min. or until toothpick inserted into crust comes out clean. Invert onto serving plate. Sprinkle with cheeses. Makes 4 servings.

Classic Lasagna 5 cups water 6 lasagna noodles – uncooked 1 Tbsp. cooking oil 1 lb. browned ground beef 1 lb. Ricotta cheese 1 egg ½ cup Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes ¼ tsp. pepper 30 oz. spaghetti sauce in jar 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese 1 Large Deep Vent ‘N Serve container In Vent ‘N Serve, combine water, uncooked noodles and oil. Cook uncovered on 100% power for 12 minutes to soften noodles. Drain in the large strainer. Add ground beef to spaghetti sauce. (ground beef is optional) In Junior Thatsa Bowl, combine egg, ricotta cheese and ¼ cup of the Parmesan cheese, parsley and pepper. 4 (4 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, sliced thin 2 Tbsp. Arrange turkey in ungreased 13 x 9 baking dish. Cook broccoli according to directions on package. Drain broccoli and place on top of turkey. Cover broccoli with cheese slices. Stir milk and soup together, pour over cheese. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with onion rings and bake 5 minutes longer.

Pork Chop Ranch Lovers Delight 1 Pkg. Pork Chops 1 Avg. size Ranch Dressing (light or fat free) 1 can Artichoke hearts 1 can Mushrooms Garlic Powder Salt & Pepper Place rice mixture of your choice in the bottom of the Oval Microwave Cooker using ¼ cup less water than recipe calls for. Place Deep Colander ring with Deep Colander Floor on top of the Base. Place can of mushrooms in bottom of the Oval Cooker and add pork chops on top. Place artichokes around the pork chops. Sprinkle Simply Garlic, salt and pepper on the pork chops. Squeeze the ranch dressing over the top of the entire mixture, place cover and microwave for about for 20 to 25 min. Please allow it to stand for ¼ of the original cooking time. Some of the pork chop mixture will drain into your rice.

Put the towels in the Modular Mate Square 2. Mix together the water, oil and shampoo. Pull cardboard tube from the center. Pour the liquid over top of the towels and place seal on the container.

Bath Time Tub-Time Bath Crayons 1 cup grated Ivory Soap 1/4 cup warm water food coloring Mix water, soap & food coloring together in medium bowl. Stir the crayon mixture until it begins to stiffen. Remove the mixture from the bowl and knead until it is the consistency of a very thick dough. Spoon Crayon Mixture into plastic cookie cutters or other plastic molds. Press down firmly. Place the plastic cookie cutters in freezer for 10 minutes or in refrigerator for 30 minutes. When firm, pop the bath crayons out of the cookie cutters (or other molds). Allow them to air dry overnight or until hard.

Sidewalk Chalk ¾ cup Plaster of Paris ½ cup water 1 tsp. dry tempra paint or 2 tsp. liquid tempra paint. Mix all ingredients well and pour into a toilet paper tube that has one end taped shut. To dry, set tubes up on end in a container with sides. Some water will leak out while drying. Tap the tube to release air bubbles. Let harden until the sides are very hard when the tube is squeezed. Unroll the paper tube. Makes one large piece of sidewalk chalk. Use on sidewalks only. Store in your Sandwich Keepers.

Silly Putty/ Goop 1 cup Elmer’s school glue ¾ cup liquid starch Food coloring Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Use hands to mix and knead several minutes to mix the ingredients well.

Silly Putty liquid glue liquid starch. Combine equal parts of Liquid Glue & Liquid Starch. Mix well with hands. Works best when kept warm. Store in 2 oz. Midgets.

Soapsuds Paint 1/2 c. powder detergent OR 1 capful liquid detergent 2 Tbsp. liquid starch food coloring Beat until mixture resembles marshmallow frosting. Tint with food coloring. Paint sheets of paper with fingers, then allow to dry, lying flat.

Side Dish

Baked Beans Supreme ½ lb. bacon 2 medium onions, chopped

2 cans Pork and Beans (1 lb. 4 oz. each) 1 ½ tsp. dry mustard 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple ¼ cup tomato chili sauce ¼ tsp. salt (optional) Microwave bacon between paper towels for 5 minutes. Add to bottom of Large Deep Vent ‘N Serve Container, stir in onions; cook uncovered for 3 minutes. Stir in beans, mustard, pineapple, chili and salt. Cover and cook on medium power for 45 minutes. Stir after each 15 minutes. The n cook uncovered for 10 more minutes.

Cheddar Potato Casserole 1 cup milk 4 Tbsp. melted margarine 1 tsp. dried onion flakes ½ tsp. salt ½ tsp. pepper 1 pkg. (24 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed 1 tsp. paprika ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese In a small bowl combine milk, butter, onion flakes, salt and pepper. Add potatoes and cheese mix well. Spread in Vent ‘N Serve Large Deep, cover and vent. Cook on high for 12-15 minutes or until bubbly. Delicious for a brunch or as a side dish with dinner.

Cheesy Cauliflower Dish Makes 6 servings

1 head cauliflower, rinsed 8 oz. pasteurized low-fat cheese food, cubed 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies (optional) 1-2 tsp. Southwest Chipotle Seasoning On the Cooking Rack in Base of Oval Microwave Cooker with Large Colander Ring add 1/4 cup water and cauliflower; cover and microwave on High for 6-8 minutes until fork tender. In a Vent ‘N Serve™ Medium Shallow Container, place cheese, chilies, and Seasoning. Microwave on Medium-High (70% power) for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Place cauliflower in serving bowl and pour cheese sauce on top. Serve immediately.

Cinnamon Sweet Potato Apple Casserole Serves 8 Ingredients 1/3 cup brown sugar 4 tbsp. butter juice of 1 lemon 2 tbsp. Simple Indulgence™ Cinnamon-Vanilla Seasoning Blend 2 cans sweet potatoes or yams, drained and sliced thin 4 apples, peeled, cored and sliced thin Salt and pepper to taste Preheat oven to 350°F/176° C. Mix brown sugar, butter, lemon juice and Simple Indulgence™ Cinnamon-Vanilla Seasoning Blend in a 6-cup/1.4 L Wonderlier® Bowl using a Saucy Silicone Spatula. In a casserole dish, layer sweet potatoes, apples and half of brown sugar in bottom. Top with a second layer of sweet potatoes, apples and remaining brown sugar mixture. Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly and apples are cooked.

Cole Slaw 1/2 head of regular cabbage, quartered 1/2 head of purple cabbage, quartered 2/3 cup of Miracle Whip 2 Tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. dill Using Quick Chef with blade, shred cabbages to desired size and put aside. Mix together Miracle Whip and sugar. Add dill. Combine with cabbage in large Serving bowl. Refrigerate. For best results, prepare the night before.

Cranberry Sauce 1 lb. fresh cranberries 1 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice Place cranberries in a Heat n Serve in a ring position. In Micro Pitcher 2 cup- defrost juice, add sugar and microwave for 2 minutes at 100% power. Pour over berries, cover and microwave for 5 minutes at 100% power. Serve in Ice Prism bowl.

Creamy Macaroni & Cheese Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter 4 cups cooked elbow macaroni (2 cups, uncooked) 2/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese In Base of Oval Microwave Cooker, melt processed cheese for 2 1/2 minutes. Stir in butter and elbow macaroni with Saucy Silicone Spatula, then sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Cover and microwave for an additional 3 minutes. Serve immediately.

Dilled New Potatoes 1 ½ lbs. new small potatoes 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh parley 1 Tbsp. lemon juice ½ tsp. salt ½ tsp. dried dill weed Scrub and rinse potatoes, leaving droplets of water on the potatoes. Pare a 1 in. strip around center of each potato. Place potatoes in colander. Put in dish and cover. Microwave on high for 9 to 11 min. or just about tender, Rearrange once. Let stand a few min. Drain water from dish. Place potatoes in dish and add butter, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and dill weed. Mix lightly to coat potatoes. Microwave covered on high for 1 to 2 min. or until butter melts and potatoes are piping hot. Makes 6 servings.

French Fried Onion Ring Casserole 1 can Durkee French Friend Onion Rings 2 (10 oz.) packages of broccoli 2 (10 oz.) packages of cauliflower 1 can cream of celery soup undiluted 2 cups sour cream 1 medium onion—chopped lightly and sauté 1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheese 2 eggs well beaten Steam vegetables in Oval cooker or Microsteamer. Individual Quiche In the Vent ‘N Serve Small container put: 1 slice of bread (remove crust, tear into small pieces.) Layer browned bulk pork sausage or pieces of sliced ham. In Prep Essentials Mini Mixing Bowl mix: 1 egg (can use thawed frozen egg product) 1/3 c. milk 1/4 tsp. Onion powder or onion salt (or 1 green onion chopped) Dash of salt and/or pepper Dash of ground mustard or 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard Pour egg mixture over bread & meat layers. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Microwave on HI power for 5—6 minutes or until puffed.

Macaroni And Cheese 3 cups water 1 tsp. butter or margarine 2 cups uncooked macaroni 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese 2 tsp. flour 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine ½ cup milk 1 tsp. salt In Large Deep Vent ‘N Serve, combine water and 1 tsp. butter. Cover and microwave 5-6 minutes until boiling. Stir in macaroni; cover and cook on high 10 minutes. Let stand covered 5 minutes. Toss cheese and flour then stir in macaroni with butter, milk and salt. Season to taste with pepper. Cover and cook 5 minutes until sauce thickens. Stir before serving.

Mashed Potatoes Potatoes - 3 to 4 quartered Heavy Whipping Cream - ⅔ cup Butter - ½cup Micro steam potatoes for 10 minutes.

Place steamed potatoes in Whip ‘N Prep™ Chef and “pre-mash” with Silicone Spatula. Add heavy whipping cream and butter. Whip until potatoes are smooth.

Possible Potatoes 1 (16 oz.) can Sliced Potatoes 1 can Cream of Celery Soup 1 diced Onion 1 small pkg. Grated Cheese Drain potatoes. Mix Potatoes and Onions together and place in a Large Vent ‘N Serve. Pour the Cream of Celery Soup over potatoes & onions. Microwave for 4 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top, cook an additional 2 minutes.

Shepherd’s Pie Stuffed Peppers 3 medium peppers (any color), halved and seedless 8 oz. ready-made mashed potatoes 1/2 lb. Basic Beef 6 oz. low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded 6 Tbsp. early June peas (optional) A different twist to the ordinary stuffed pepper! Steam peppers in Deep Colander of Oval Microwave Cooker for 3 minutes. Add 1-2 Tbsp. beef per pepper, 1 Tbsp. of peas, and 2–21/2 Tbsp. of mashed potatoes (depending on size of pepper). Microwave peppers for an additional 3 minutes. Add 2 Tbsp. cheese to each pepper and microwave for another minute. Let sit for a minute and then serve.

Soup and Salad

7 UP Salad Recipe 1 Pkg. Lime Jell-O 1 cup boiling water 1- 8 oz. Pkg. cream cheese 1- 7 oz. bottle of 7 UP Small can of crushed pineapple, drained ¾ cup crushed nuts Mix Jell-O, water, cream cheese and 7 UP in the Mix N Stor Plus Pitcher. When it starts to gel, add a small can of crushed pineapple. Add nuts if desired. Mold in Jel Ring

Chicken Salad 1 small onion 2 stalks of celery 1 can chicken meat, drained 2/3 cup of mayonnaise Cut onion & celery in half. In the Quick Chef, dice onion & celery together. Add drained meat, turning handle about 4 times. Add mayonnaise & blend again. Serve on crackers or croissants. For a delicious salad, use one large tomato, cut in quarters. Serve salad inside of tomato. Top with Italian dressing.

Red, White & Blue Fruit Salad 1 quart fresh strawberries, rinsed, hulled and quartered or sliced 1 pineapple, cored and cut into 1" chunks 1 pint blueberries, rinsed 1/2 pint raspberries 1 large ripe banana, sliced shredded coconut (optional) Toss the strawberries, pineapple and blueberries in a large serving bowl. Arrange the raspberries and banana slices on top. You can also toss with shredded coconut

Summer Salad with Cinnamon Pear-Infused Vinaigrette ½ pint/200 g fresh strawberries ½ cup shelled walnuts, chopped 1 pear, cored and thinly sliced 10 oz./300g package romaine lettuce 1 small red onion, thinly sliced Cinnamon Pear-Infused Vinaigrette (recipe below) Combine first six ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with half of the vinaigrette, tossing to coat. Serve remaining vinaigrette with salad. Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Slice potatoes in half and place in Shallow Colander of Oval Microwave Cooker, microwave on High for 5 minutes until potatoes are fork tender; set aside to cool. Cube turkey breast and place in 10 cup Impressions Bowl; add chopped onion, mayonnaise, potatoes, and Seasoning. Gently fold ingredients together using Saucy Silicone Spatula. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
