CHOCOLATE BROWNIES175g. walnuts or pecan nuts.115g. plain chcolate.175g. butter.340g. caster sugar.1 teaspoon vainilla esence.3 eggs.115g. plain flour.1 level teaspoon baking powder.

Chocolate brownie cakes are the American tra-ditional cakes. On the top they are crisp and crunchy and in the middle, slightly gooey. Crun-chy and in the middle, slightly gooey. You can

make them with walnuts or pecan nuts.

METHOD

1-Grease the baking tin.2-Break the nuts int pieces.3-Break the chocolate into pieces and put in a bowl.4-Cut the butter and put it in the bowl with the chocolate. Stir them until they melt.5-Pour the mixture (melted chocolate and butter) into a bowl and add the sugar.6-Whish the eggs in another bowl and then, add the butter and cho-colate.7-Add the flour and baking powder and add the piedes of nut to mix well.8-Pour the mixture into the baking tin.9-Let the mixture cool a little, then cut the brwnies into squares.
