WHAT IS TAXPAYER SERVICES AND TAX EDUCATION
What is taxpayer Service?
Taxpayer services is a method used by the Authority deals with its taxpayers to improve customer satisfaction (the feeling that the service has reached Taxpayers)
What is Tax Education?
This the method of educating taxpayer through various media
Examples: it could me radio, T.V, newspapers, etc.
FORMS OF EDUCATION INVOLVES IN TAXPAYER SERVICES
Media, publicity, and road shows
Issues public notices, Information booklets/Brochures
In house education and outreach visit
Accepting enquires
Interpret, simplify and translate laws/regulation
Document & provide compliance procedures
Conduct workshops/seminars and create partnership with interest groups (importers, trade groups, accounting firms etc..)
RADIOMEDIUM
Is the radiation (wireless transmission) of electronic signals through the atmosphere.

the general populace on tax issues.
