The retail zone is composed of 12 shops distributed on two levels connected with two escalators; Up and Down.Areas average between 127m2 and 196m2.Each shop is composed of 2 floors and has its own parking area in the basement level which is connected with the ground floor by special core (stairs and elevator).

Tayouneh 1229 consists of twelve residential floors with two apartments on each.

The ground floor consists of 6 shops, a main entrance lobby and a guard lounge.

The first floor consists of 6 shops, with 2 escalators.

The car park is available on the 2 basements.

Private approach for the residential zone directly from the main road.

Luxurious swimming pool with a garden on the top roof and a private cabinet for each apartment.

Gym in the basement level with private locker for each apartment.

Gardens, basketball field and playgrounds on the ground level.

Tayouneh 1229 has a modern design and a study of concrete structure protection against earthquakes.

The main façade has high-quality granite cladding and Shiny Alucobond or equivalent.

The main building entrance lobby is finished with rich marble and/or granite, glass or mirrors.

The Building includes satellite dish on the roof and video phone (ABB or equivalent).

The Roof is treated with water proof material as well as thermal insulation.

ALUMINUM, EXTERNAL DOORS & WINDOWS: All glass windows and doors are double-glazed for temperature and sound insulation; (The aluminum manufacturers: Sidem 2000 or Technal or equivalent).

TILING/ FLOORS: Reception areas (entrance, salons, dining room and related balconies) are tiled with large-size 60 x 30 x 2 cm marble (Botoccino, Serpijante or equivalent). Bedroom areas are tiled with size 40 x 20 x 2 cm marble (Rose or equivalent). Kitchens, Bathrooms and service areas are tiled imported with European ceramic tiles. The counters of the kitchens is covered by 2cm thick granite.

WOOD WORK: Oak or Frakeh or equivalent wood doors are installed in the entrances and the reception areas. Sued or equivalent wood doors are installed in the internal areas.

PAINTING: Quality paint material is used in the surface preparation: The putty and the final painting are applied as 3 coats of putty & 3 coats of paint;Paint manufacturers: TINOL, Dutch Boy or equivalent

AIR CONDITIONNING: There is installation of split units that leads to accessible locations.

SANITARY WARES & FIXTURES: All sanitary equipment is quality products; The Wall-hung wash dishes and the bidets are used in the apartments;

Sanitary Ware: Imported European – Roca or Koohler or equivalent;

Sanitary fixtures: GROHE or Koohler or equivalent.

PLUMBING: European Polypropylene are used inside the apartments, Galvanized steel pipes are used in circulation and common areas (in shafts and roof), and UPVC pipes (European standards) are used for sewage and drainage.

Each apartment is supplied with own supply system.
