Light Body cannot be created by the rational mind or theorizing about it. The rational mind will only reinforce the physical body.

1. It is a matter of evolution, or more appropriately involution. We want to be immune to pain, aging, diseases. No matter how rich you are, you cannot avoid decay and death. What is the use of being wealthy?

2. We want to be identified with our core nature which is light and not flesh and blood.

3. The Tamil Siddhas have the light body as life’s goal. None of them died, but turned their body into light. They still hang out on the earth plane to help others to evolve.

4. Is the light body a losing proposition? A way to run away from the reality of life and renounce everything?

5. Light body is a winning proposition. Light = Consciousness = Intelligence. When you have more light more intelligence. 1000 watts bulb vs. laser beam. When you have more intelligence, you know better and you do better.

6. Light moves fast, 186,262 miles per second. When you have a light body, you are not only stuck at one place, but have the ability to go everywhere. You are not frozen chicken in the freezer.

7. Speed is a matter of time. Everyone wants everything fast.

36 Principles of Involution of Matter into Light or God

The body-mind is all that we know. Principles 17-36 deal with the body and the five elements. 13 - The Matrix of Matter (Prakriti). Origin of Duality prior to the mind-apparatus is the matrix of material objective reality of duality. This matrix holds the gunas called primordial qualities or fundamental characteristics from which the mind (14 – 16) the body and the environment (17-36) have descended. The three Gunas are:

Moving from matter to Light involves moving from principle 36 to 5. From 5 to 1 – all different stages of light body complex. The process is complex but not undoable. Let us take a look at the grossest matter, the earth. Swami Ramalingam describes how the god of Light received each of the structure of the 36 principles. The following finds about the earth element was revealed to him.
