A leading bank knew that to stay competitive in this high-tech business
nvironment, they had to update their core IT systems. By studying the banks
ystem and processes, TCS consultants concluded that the bank needed a
entralized IT infrastructure, which would require customized software, a new

Working closely with our client, we converted 3,300 branches to the new IT system
hrough TCS BNCS. The conversion was so successful that the bank immediately
ecided to convert its 6,700 remaining branches to TCS BNCS.
