of power including 3 phase, single phase 16v, WIFI (30 Mbps), toilets, natural light,
a kitchen or bar area. Limited parking is available with prior arrangement.
Hours are flexible through agreement with the venue, though evening events must finish at midnight latest.
Note: there are noise restrictions for evening events, music must be lounge style or acoustic only.
Capacity :250 x standing / 200 x theatre style seating / 150 x dinner seated
