FACT, The Fertilizers and chemicals Travancore Ltd. is a government of India
Enterprise and the country’s first large scale fertilizer unit.
Responsibilities Worked in close coordination with operations engineer, design engineers and
other internal staffs for completion of multiple projects.
Handled control system checkout, tuning and setup.
Hands on experience in Process Control Instruments, Control Valves,
Transmitters, Online Process Analyzers, PLC, DCS, DAS, Boiler Control
Instruments, Burner Management System & Compressor Instrumentation.
Handled critical instruments used in plant setup and responsible for
analyzing and calibration of instruments.

Summary: The project aimed at designing, developing, fabricating and testing
working model of a unique robot that can sense line, avoid obstacle and has a tracking memory to recognise its last track.
