If not informed by 12pm that day the lesson fee will be owed for that lesson. Obviously if there is an emergency this will be negotiated. You can contact the teacher by email or by phone. If school is closed that day the lesson will either be cancelled, but preferably rescheduled if possible If there is an emergency and Mr. Geary has to cancel the lesson, he will contact the student and the parent. When a lesson is cancelled by the student, the teacher will do his best to accommodate. The student must have all materials given by teacher at every lesson including their instrument, unless stated ahead of time. No texting/calling during lesson unless it is an emergency.
