Mission Statement
Our team will work together to give our guests the best possible experience by providing friendly and efficient service and quality food as we follow and maintain our norms as well as the goals of The Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch.
Manager’s Special
Greek Salad– A traditional Greek Salad served with kalamata olives and
crumbled feta cheese
Chicken Kebab– Skewered marinated chicken grilled to perfection served
over a bed of Mediterranean rice.
Baklava– Filo dough layers filled with a walnut stuffing Glazed with
our homemade syrup.
Objectives
Achieve a Manager’s Special sales percentage of at least 35% of total food sales during our management week.
We will measure our quality of food and service to ensure
consistency by collecting comment cards from at least 80% of all guests.
To ensure an open communication line among our staff and manage in a professional manner by doing a start-stop-continue on Tuesday’s debriefing and a follow up on Friday.

Help dinner with any banquet setups or food preperations.– On Thursday April 14, there is a banquet for 60 guests.
Expected Outcomes/Conclusion
As the first team to manage we understand that we will face many challenges. With the hard work and dedication of our management team and all of you, we hope that we will be able to accomplish our goals as well as the goals of the RKR.
We understand that everyone will be nervous, but just remember that this is a TEAM effort and we will all be helping each other out. Please do not hesitate to ask us questions or for help.
