If I could only give one piece of advice and one piece only.....I would say you have got to get yourself, your spouse and your team to conference. Every year my team and I have gone we have come back a brand new team.

Conference helps to build a wall around your positive energy. You have to work your business from conference to conference because the devil will try to pull you down and what you bring home from conference will help to cope with that.

DT’s of the MonthLaurie LeBlancI would like to nominate Laurie LeBlanc for Distributor of the month.  Laurie was brought into my life through a mutual friend.  We had spoken many times, but this past weekend Tiffany Taylor and I had the opportunity to travel to New York and do a training with Laurie and her amazing team.  I absolutely love how faith driven, motivated, and positive Laurie has been in her journey with It Works. No matter what road blocks she has faced, Laurie has risen to the challenge to overcome her obstacles.  I also had the privilege of meeting Laurie's husband Matt, who by far is one of the most supportive husbands I've met in this business.  I  ventured to this training in hopes to help a team find their way and further their success, when in reality I returned home with a full heart from getting to know Laurie, her family, and her team. Laurie & Matt opened up their home to us and made us feel very welcome. I could not be more blessed to have met such an amazing person and I can't wait to see what the future has in store for this incredible woman. Jennifer CoyDiamond Distributor

Felicia ResendezI want to shout out to my ROCKSTAR Felicia Resendez!  I am so blessed that the lord brought us to cross paths with one another about 6 months ago while shopping. I think she needed me just as much as I needed her & we didn't even know it. But, the lord did! This girl has such a strong faith in It Works & she is determined to make It Works work for her family. Christie BanksI am nominating Christie Banks for dt of the month. Christie has shown true leadership and commit-ment in building her business. Recently she was given an ultimatum by her employer to either quit do-ing It Works or to be terminated from her position. Most people would have buckled under that cir-cumstance and chose the easy route, stay in their comfort zone, and keep their employment. Christie didn't choose any of those things but chose to stick with It Works and to be, in the words of Mark Pentecost, "A true entrepreneur" and "take a risk without a safety net". Being a mother of 3 children, that show huge passion and commitment to make the choice to take the hard road, to not give up on her dreams for her and her children just because she was faced with adversity. She continues to in-spire her team by working her business, going the extra mile to guarantee their success, and to be genuine and keeping her focus on what others need and not her own. I am so blessed to have Christie on my team, a leader, a TRUE entrepreneur, and inspiration. I want to give the Distributor of the month to Courtney Sifuentes, as well as Doreen Johnson. As most people know our friend Tiffany Inman was in a horrible Car acci-dent. This accident has left her incapable of getting around on her own. Those two have really opened up their hearts as well as homes to accommodate and care for her. This business has changed so many people for so many reasons, and we get to help people change lives. You never think that your life may change in a flash of an eye, or one of your dear friends. Without any reservation, Doreen took Tiffany Home and has cared for her since.

When Doreen went to Bootcamp, Courtney opened up her home and cared for Tiffany. I am honored to know both of these amazing ladies, and I am honored to be friends with Tiffany. So this is kinda a scary one lol I did a one on one last week and then the cops show up to arrest the husband the chick lied and said he wasn't there even though he was in the basement! I'm freaking out at this point lol, so she's out front talking to them, I'm just standing there like wtf is going on!!!! Lol supposedly he had a warrant for unpaid court fines. She comes back in the house and the cops pull out and I said ok well I will check up on you in the next few days lmao and got the heck outta there!!! Sad part is I knew the chick!!!Lol all I could do was laugh....after I pulled out of the driveway lmao Craziest one on one I have ever done!

It Works! recommends using corporate approved before and after photographs located on the It Works! Corporate Facebook page and in your back office. These before and after photos are pre approved for use and have the proper disclaimers attached.

In the event that you don’t use the corporate before and after photographs, use of other before and after photos for Facebook and like social media purposes must either be your own personal images or you must have written permission to use the images from the person in the image. Upon request, this written permission must be provided to Compliance and should state: I expressly consent for (insert DT name) to use my before and after picture fo advertising and marketing purposes. I understand and agree that these pic-tures will be public, posted on social media sites and likely will be re-posted. Signed, _____________. If you do not have personal written permission, you cannot post (or re-post) a picture on Facebook or other social media.

All before and after photos mush meet company branding standards and may not in-clude nudity, or inappropriate content that might be considered obscene or offensive to others. Pictures must be actual images (no photo shopping or other alterations allowed) and should include the time span between the photos. The before and after photo-graphs must contain this disclaimer: “Individual results can and will vary. These testimonials are not necessarily representative of all those who use our prod-ucts.
