The Partnership Agreement is made on 9/02/2017 between Aditya Maheshwari, Gurpreet Singh, Vedasri Ramya, Arpit Tandon , Vemsi Deepak, Jejju Jacob Teenu Arvind .

The parties hereby Form a partnership under the name of Titan Furniture Pvt Ltd to produce Furniture. The Principal office of business shall be in Mysore.

The Partnership should begin on 9/02/2017,and should continue until terminated.

The capital invested by partner should be in equal proportion. No partner is allowed to withdraw any part of their capital account.

The net profits of the partnership shall be divided equally between the the partners and the net losses shall be born equally by them. A separate income account will be maintained for each partner.

Neither Partner shall receive any salary for services rendered to the partnership. Each partner may time to time , withdraw the credit balance in their income account.

No interest shall be paid on the initial contributions to the capital of partnership or any subsequent contribution of capital.

Upon the death of either partner, the surviving partner shall have the right to either purchase the interest of the decedent in the partnership or to terminate and liquidate the partnership business.

The partnership may be dissolved at any time by agreement of partners , in which event of the partners shall proceed with reasonable promptness to liquidate the business of the partnership.

The partnership books shall be maintained at the principal office of the partnership, and each partners shall at all the times have access thereto.

- Child labor is not used at the suppler.- Proof of age documents of all workers in place.- No forced, prison or involuntary labors

- Have the legal right to perform work at supplier premises.- Have the freedom to terminate employment at any time.- Have the freedom to eave the premises when their work shift ends.

- No case of corruption or the use of bribery related to this business.- Employee personnel are trained and should be well aware of the business ethics

- The necessary reports and test results will be obtained.- Ground contamination is immediately acted upon.- Any contamination identified will be reported to the relevant authority and directed.

- List of chemicals with valid MSDS(Material Safety Data sheet)- Only common cleaning materials or other common chemical products with minor & well known risks are used.

- A list of hazardous and non hazardous waste is established and maintained in order to monitor the type & quantity generated.- The list will clearly show which type of waste is hazardous and is continuously updated.- Certain wastes can be recycled according to the local conditions.

- Site emergency plans are developed and implemented.- Any fires or incidents that are caused will be documented.- Firefighting equipment will be easily accessible and identifiable from a distance.

- All machinery and other equipment used in production & operations are safe to use.- Machineries are certified by technical inspection.

- Payrolls & attendance records related to working hours for each worker are maintained.- Payroll records are kept by the supplier for atleast 24 months and include regular working hours, overtime hours.

- There will be no discrimination with regards to race, religion, gender, nationality.

Workers Involvement

- Workers can influence the activities and effectiveness of the workplace conditions.- All kinds of risks, hazards and concerns can be addressed to the relevant authority.

- The Supplier should not engage in, support or allow any form of harassment or abuse on any workers.- Workers have the right to appeal against reprimands/disciplinary actions, dismissals.
