TEBA Technologies, LLC mission is to provide to disadvantaged and underserved communities within the United States and
the world, self-contain complexes called “QARD Facility”. The “QARD Facility’ is made up of four major entities (Bright
Minds Daycare, Manchurian Café, TEBA Technologies Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) and the
TEBA Technologies offices) A key feature of the complex is the secure basement area. This facility is classified in nature but
houses the Emergency Operation Center (EOC) and Cyber Security/Data Storage Site. The community workforce is trained in
the technologies used to support these operations in the STEM Center.
The EOC in cases of emergencies will serve the Community by providing 24 hours of continues support to First Responder,
National Emergency Agencies with State-of-the-Art Technologies, Secure “Cloud Technology” Support, Secure Conference
Rooms, Sleeping Quarters and 24 hours Feeding Schedules.
These facilities will be a Green facilities and be powered by solar power, with a back-up generators making it totally self-
sufficient and provide industry and government with solutions crafted to meet their specific challenges and enable them to
profit from the advanced use of technology." The QUAD Facility will provide its Communities with the communications
products and services that connect them to what’s important in their lives."
MISSION STATEMENT
TEBA Technologies Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Training Centers is designed to
address the growing concern that the United States is not preparing enough students, teachers, and professionals in
the areas of STEM. In response to this national shortfall TEBA Technologies has developed the “QUAD Facility
concept. This Concept has four major components which has the ability to support each other but operate as
independent entities.

TEBA Technologies, LLC serves as the Administrative and Operational Program Managers for the QUAD Facilities. The primary areas of responsibilities for TEBA
Technologies, LLC will be to oversee the “Start-up” phase of the QUAD Facility concept which consist of the following:
(1) To immediately create a revenue stream, which is required to obtain loans from conventional financial institutions to help us in the execution of our business plan.
The Bright Minds Daycare Center and the Manchurian café will be the first businesses established in a temporary site. Equipment, educational software,
administrative operations and financial management will be established in a module concept for easy of movement once the permanent site is built and ready for
occupancy
(2) Develop a temporary business site for the Bright Minds Daycare Center and the Manchurian Café and outfit the locations with remote technologies that will
minimize the technological build out, construction and subsequent repairs once the move to a permanent relocation occurs.
(3) Each entity in the start-up process will have its independent financial accounts and management. Although, they will provide and obtain services from each
other.
(4) Critical in this process is the funds initially collected which will be used to finance the IRS 501C3 filings. The IRS has a two-tiered filing fee structure. Most
organizations pay the standard $850 filing fee when sending their application to the IRS. Organizations that expect to have (or have had) no more than $40,000
in gross revenue for the first four years combined can pay a reduced filing fee of $400. Our QARD Facility concept has three non-for-profit entities initially; so
our filling fees goals total $2,550.
TEBA TECHNOLOGIES “QUAD FACILITY” EXECUTION PLAN CY 2018
A key feature of our complexes is the secure basement area that will be in all facilities which will house a Cyber
Security/Data Storage Site with a “Cloud” base infrastructure. The community workforce is trained in the technologies
used to support these operations. We are designing State-of-the-Art technology facility, with secure “Cloud
Technology” featuring support and secure conference rooms. Our future facilities will be “Green Facilities” and
powered by solar power, with a back-up generators making it totally self-sufficient and provide industry and
government with solutions crafted to meet their specific challenges and enable them to profit from the advanced use of
technology." The QUAD Facility will provide its Communities with the assets need to transform them into product
economic centers.
Bright Minds Day Care Center is a one-stop support system for working families, provides child care before
and/or after school is a necessity. Finding care that is safe, nurturing, and affordable seems to be the primary
concern of many parents. Our daycare center on campus in a safe, nurturing environment that is a part of our multi-
purpose facility tucked away in our most underserved communities. We try to keep our rates comparable to those of
various other before- and after-school child care providers in the area. Some centers focus on fine arts, martial arts,
athletics and more. Our academics focus on the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM)
format. It is our goal to equip your child with foundational skills that they will continue to use throughout their
primary and secondary schooling, in higher education, and ultimately, in the world at large.
Manchurian Café goal is to finance itself initially by non-profit financial tools (Grants, Government
Programs, etc.) and future funding will be the result of self- sustaining operations. The Manchurian Café will
also be seeking its fruits and vegetables from local urban gardens. Other food source for the Daycare feeding
program will be obtained from the National School Lunch Program. Children attending the Bright Minds Day
Care Center and parents attending the TEBA Technologies Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics
(STEM) Training Centers will be able to periodically join each other for lunch and foster better parent child
relationships during the educational process.
The TEBA Technologies Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) Training Centers has been designed to expose young
minds early in their development; our STEM concepts and curriculums units are developed by staff participating in the professional development
program. Our program will emphasize on curriculum development that aligns to standards and promotes higher-order thinking using Curriculum-
Framing Questions, authentic project tasks, effective instructional strategies, and performance assessment. Special STEM Programs will be
introduced to the Day Care population by way of interactive computer software and pre-school curriculum designed by . To later work on high
technology solution to real world issues. Our team and the communities are in great need for highly educated and experienced staff in the various
Technological fields and our partner in education are committed to that success. TEBA Technologies STEM Training Centers is designed to
address the growing concern that the United States is not preparing a sufficient number of students, teachers, and professionals in the areas of
STEM. Our facilities are designed to be a Green Building (under the US Green Building Council) with state-of-the-art technologies and powered
by solar energy (with backup generators). Access power will be sole and revenue used to subsidized the day-to-day operations of our non-profit
entities. The TEBA Technologies STEM Training Center is linked to local educational centers of higher learning and local Industries to ensure our
curriculums are aligned with their needs for the future workforce in the area of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
Alternative Configurations
of the
Secure Basement Area
Alternative configuration of the lower level (Secure Basement) of the QUAD Facility: Cyber Security Operation Center
(CSOC) (with Cloud Based Data Storage Services), Emergency Operation Center (EOC) or Environmental Lab:
Cyber Security Operation Center (SCOC) (with Cloud Based Data Storage Services)/Emergency Operation Center (EOC):
The lower level of the facility will house the Data Storage Facility, Secure Computers Storage (in a Clean Room environment),
Secure Cyber Security and Emergency Operation Center (with a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SICF)). These
accredited areas will have secure conference rooms, where Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) can be used, stored,
discussed and/or processed.
One key design feature of the CSOC is the many conference room available insecure areas to host meeting, key conferences
and high security training sessions need to better protect the high-risk targets in the region and critical resources located in our
communities we live and work in.
The region will also benefit from the resources that will be generated and spent on the daily bases to vendors and entrepreneurs
within the communities our facilities reside. The workforce and students will receive the best technological education which
will result in them being able to return to the workforce with skill sets listed high in the Occupational Handbook as having a
high financial projection now and in the future.
Alternative configuration of the lower level (Secure Basement) of the QUAD Facility: Environmental Laboratory Training TEBA Technologies Environmental Laboratory (Optional) will work with the Michigan Environmental Laboratory Association (MELA), which is an association of more than thirty large and small environmental testing laboratories and related businesses located throughout the State of Michigan. Creative Funding is planned with the potential partnering of TEBA Technologies, LLC and an establish local certified demolition company and a reputable construction company to provide cost effective hazardous wastes material monitoring.
Alternative configuration of the lower level (Secure Basement) of the QUAD Facility: Cyber Security & Defense Contracts Lab: The Cyber Security & Defense Contracts will be linked to local military instillation and government agencies (i.e. TARDEC, Next Generation Software Laboratory, High Performance Computing Laboratory, Robotic Systems, Integration Laboratory and subject governmental oversight by security related agencies close to disadvantaged communities in the area.
