Prior to starting work

Inform client and other occupants of work commencing and cordon off work area if practical to do so. Particular attention should be paid to property where human circulation must be kept away from the work area at all times and protected from substances such as paint and paint stripper.

Ensure Personal Protective Equipment is worn at all times. Place Warning signs at the extremes of the work area prior to the work commencing. Physically check the condition of all equipment before and after use

3. Technical Specifications.

3.1 CLEAN ROOM PANEL.

Standard wall partitions are a composite construction of two skins over a GI frame work with a sealed and insulated interior. Standard panel dimensions are 1200 X 3000 mm. Standard panels have an overall thickness of 80 mm. The self-supporting internal walls are constructed with an interior GI frame work. The Partition seams are sealed by silicone (Food grade) with a perfectly flush finishing. Infill insulation material is sandwiched between the two skin layers and sealed from the exterior by the GI frame work.

3.2 CLEAN ROOM FALSE CEILING.

False ceiling panels are designed to fit within each other and suspended by threaded tension bars with adjustable turnbuckles fastened to the overhead support at fixed intervals, Standard Ceiling Panels have a composite construction of two skins of powder coated GI over an GI frame work with a sealed and insulated interior. 150-200 Kg per sq. mtr load bearing( *vendor to mentioned maximum load bearing capacity of panel).50mm thick double skin wall panel made of 0.8mm thickness epoxy based Powder coated G I sheet on both sides with mounting accessories Puff (42-45 kg/ cu m) as in fill, designed to comply with min 1 hrs. 3.2 CLEAN ROOM DOORS.

Doors are designed to fit flush into the wall panel system on both sides and are supplied in different dimensions. Doors are fabricated from galvanized iron sheets duly epoxy powder coated. Shutter has sheet thickness of 1mm and the frame of 1.2mm. Jam depth of door shutter in line with adjacent panel thickness and shutter width of 44mm. Doors are available in various sizes as per the requirement. The following accessories are a part of the door:

3.2 FIRE EXIT DOOR.

Providing and fixing of Hollow metal fire door at all levels from approved Manufacturer. Fire door should be as per IS 3614 part 1 and part 2 and BS 476 part 2 or EN 1634. All fire doors should be tested at CBRI/ARAI for maximum rating of 2hrs both with vision panel and without vision panel. Pressed Galvanized steel Single /Double leaf to required sizes for 2 Hour rating of approved make which consists of frame, shutter, infill and finish as detailed below and conforming to IS 277.

Door frame shall be double rebate profile of size 143 x 57 mm made out of 1.60mm thick galvanized steel sheet (16 gauge ). Frames should be MITERED and field assembled with self-tabs. Door frames should be prepared for suitable hardware as scheduled and should have necessary reinforcement to withstand regular wear and tear. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving the hardware. Rubber door silencers should be provided on the striking jamb. All door frames should be provided with SOFIT bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once frame installed should be grouted with cement & sand slurry necessary for fire doors on the clear masonry opening.

Door leaf should be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision panel. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 1.25mm (18guage) thick galvanized steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid with steel stiffeners/ pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors should be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers.

The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Vision panel shall be of fire rated glass wherever applicable with a clip on arrangement. The glass should be 6mm clear borosilicate glass of relevant rating of the door. All doors and frames shall be finished with etched primer coating (35 microns), stove zinc phosphate primer and thermosetting polyurethane aliphatic grade paint (35 micron DFT) of approved color. Steel surface should be blast cleaned to near to clean surface. Once the surface is cleaned the doors should be checked for finish before it is taken for painting.

Rate should include for supply and installation of door and hardware set as mentioned below for each door.
