This goal is accomplished by raising the level of professionalism in section repair facilities with highly skilled repair technicians and a complete repair management process. This enables dealers to increase OTR new tire sales, improve safety, and help customers achieve maximum ROI on their new tire purchases.

TECH began working with OTR Tire Dealers in 2009 through a partnership with a major tire manufacturer to develop a network of preferred tire dealers who wished to become part of a TECH Certi�ed OTR Tire Repair Network. This program successfully grew into a network of over 25 locations spanning across the USA, Canada, and Mexico.

TECH Bias Ply Repairs BP, BPT, SK & TORTECH TORs repair injuries up to 11”, 275mm in 60 plus ply rated tires. One-piece construction reduces repair costs and increases productivity by providing easier installation, eliminating the need for piggybacking repairs. Specially designed plies dissipate stress and provide maximum flexibility and strength. Advanced rubber compounding throughout the repair construction resists over cure and flex fatigue when the tire is returned to service.
