(1)The Minister of Public Administration and Security or Mayor/Do Governor shall grasp social

demand on the assistance of public-interest business in which registered non-profit,

non-governmental organizations can participate each year and determine the type of public-interest

business that he/she may assist under Article 6 according to standards prescribed by Presidential
