STORAGE AND USAGE

Storage: in tightly closed container in dry area at room temperature, keep away from heat, sparks and open flame

Usable life: 60 months from date of manufacture when stored at the temperature 24°C

How to use: apply the grease on clean friction surfaces and run the gear in assembly. If necessary, after the finishing process the grease can be removed with water or oil.

HEALTH, SAFETY, SHIPPING

Health: negative impact on health has not been detected. Repeated or prolonged exposure is not known to cause irritation. However, irritation (but no corneal damage) is possible in a case of special sensitivity. Contact with eyes and skin should be avoid, as well as inhalation and injection.

Safety: keep far from fire, possible sources of ignition and oxidizing agents. The product itself and its products of degradation are not toxic. Splash goggles, full suit, boots and gloves are recommended.

Shipping: not a DOT controlled material. The product is not classified according to the ES and US regulations.

PERFORMANCE TESTING Performance testing was conducted by comparing RT-Lap-A with BEM

34-132, highly efficient special lubricating grease for bearings produced by Klüber Lubrication München GmbH (Germany) one of the leading manufacturers of functional lubricants

Application: motor bearings 2QTY Kaydon; 180ARO

Results of comparison:
