Danish Design and Production!

We have designed and produced vertical ring wrappers, at our factory in Mariager, Denmark, with a focus on low running costs to meet with demanding applications. The W range are very flexible machines, a single machine can wrap very long narrow products such as piping, tubing or door sections. The W2000 wrapper can be utilized to wrap long items in many different industries.

When Quality is your Priority...

The machine is based on 1 or 2 film rolls for vertical wrapping. The conveying system takes the product and wraps it vertically according to the chosen programme (number of end wraps, film overlap, etc.).

The wrapper will have 1 or 2 film carriages with double motor film pre-stretch. The pre-stretch is variable from 0 – 300% and can be adjusted during the wrapping process. The film tension is also electronically adjusted and variable during the wrapping process. The machine can also have one or double ISS (integrated seaming and cutting system). The seaming has an adjustable heat and timer cutting system to ensure no tails.
