ZXG 10 B8112 V3 Outdoor BTS

This BTS has been designed for outdoor installation. Working principle is same as the B8018.DTRUG and CDUG are same. CMB, EIB, EAM, Back Plane, Internal data cable etc are different

ZXG 10 BS 20 V2 Indoor BTS

This BTS is old version BTS. Capacity is lower than the V3 BTS. Also different modules are employed. But the working principle is same. CDUG, CMM, TRMG , Internal jumper ,soft RF cable are available with the BTS.

Module employed in BTSs.

Different module are employed with the different BTSs.

DTRUG (Dual Transceiver module-900M).

This is the transceiver module of ZXG 10-8018 BTS. This Module is responsible for transmitting and receiving RF signal, modulates/demodulates baseband signals on the radio carrier, sends/receives radio carrier signals, and collects alarms of the fans and AEMs.

G is indicating the 900 MHz band.

DTRUG

CMB (Controller & Maintenance Board).

CMB is a major digital board in ZXG10 B8018 providing interface and central control functions. CMB works in active/standby mode, to avoid interruption and give protection to the services.

TRMG (Transceiver Module)

This is the transceiver module of the ZXG10 BS 20 BTS. This is identical to a DTRUG module and performs same functions.

CMM (Controller & Maintenance module).

This is the main controller board of the ZXG10 BS 20 BTS and is identical to CMB module and performs same functions.

BBTR (B8018 V3 BTS, Sector Back plane)

This is the Transceiver Backplane board of the ZXG10 B8018 BTS. DTRU and AEM are plugged to this board.

MTRM (BS 20 V2 BTS, Sector Back plane.

This is the Transceiver Backplane board of the ZXG10 BS20 BTS. TRM and AEM are plugged to this board.

This is the main controller board of the ZXG10 BS 20 BTS and is identical to CMB module and performs same functions.

MCMM (BS 20 V2 BTS, CMM Back plane).

This is the CMM Backplane board of the ZXG10 BS20 BTS. CMM modules are plugged to this board.

BS 20 V2 BTS Internal RF jumper cable.

This half inch Jumper cable is used between AEM and The top plate of the BS20 BTS. AEM side has a pin DIN connecter while BTS top plate side is socket. Comes with 3 different lengths 0.7m, 1.15m and 1.6m.

B8018 BTS RF L Jumper Cable.

This half inch Jumper Cable is used between AEM and the RF surge arrester. Both sides are pin. Comes with different length such as 2.7m, 3.5m, 3.7m, 4.2m, and 4.5m.

B8112 BTS Internal Data Cable -REV X61 to INNODE 8 X4

This is an internal data cable employed in B8112 out Door BTS for transferring Data inside the BTS.Both side has serial data connecters. 1.1 m in length.

B8112 BTS INTERNAL DATA CABLE - E1 X80 BOBTR TO X1 E1 E1IBThis is an internal data cable employed in B8112 out Door BTS for transferring Data between CMB module and E! Interface box. Both sides have serial data connecters. 1.1 m in length.

B8112 BTS Internal Data Cable -BOBTR X 79 ALARMSThis is an internal data cable employed in B8112 out Door BTS for getting the alarm information from different point (power, temperature, door open, etc) to the EAM (environment alarm module). So there are six cable connected to one port (BOBTR X79).

B8112 BTS Internal Data Cable -ALARM IN X39This is an internal data cable employed in B8112 out Door BTS transferring Data inside the BTS.

B8112 BTS Internal Data Cable -X42 BOBTR TO LPN X2 SYN CLK This is an internal data cable employed in B8112 out Door BTS for transferring clock for synchronizes CMB and LPN. Both sides have serial data connector.

This is used between BTS and Microwave in Door Unit (IDU) to transfer E1 Frame. This is 8m PCM cable which consists of a serial pin connecter of one side.

B8112 BTS POWER Surge Arrester (coming with BTS power Switch ).

This Surge Arrester is used with the BTS power Switch to prevent BTS damage from a power surge.

B8112 BTS Door heat Exchanger fan controller card.

This card is at inside the B8112 BTS Door. It is used to control the Door Fan, and indicating and sending the alarms. It also controls the Indicator card which is also at inside the door near to this card.

ZXDPP04 T101 ACPDB (AC Power Distribution Box)

This Box is used to distribute the AC Power inside the cabin (Equipment Room). Inside the box there is one Input Breaker which is used to input the power and many Output breakers which are used to distribute the power to required place.

B8112 BTS DOOR LOCK This door lock is not like an ordinary door lock. It is more complex and has some metal bars. B8112 is an outdoor BTS. So the lock is designed in good quality.

ZXDU 68 RACK DOORLOCK

ZXDU 68 is the rectifier rack used to give required DC power to B8112 V3 outdoor BTS. This also is mounted out door. So the rack lock is designed strongly. Special key (called Allen Key) is used to unlock.

ZXWN Rack is core network equipment. Its door lock also same as the other rack.

This is a mounting plate on which the ZXG 10 B8018 indoor BTS is mounted. It is a metallic bracket.

POWER EQUIPMENT

ZXDU 58 RECTIFIER RACK

The BTS should be provided 48 DC volts. Rectifier rack ZXDU 58 Use power requirement to the BTS that it as the power supply unit, it consist of a monitoring unit 6 SMR unit,3 backup battery bank(12 batteries for each bank)LLVED ,Power breaker etc.

ZXDU 58 Monitoring Unit(ZXDU 58 CSU).

This is the main controlling device of the ZXDU 58 S151 Rectifier. This unit consists of number of Electronic circuit board and the Ribbon Cable which are used to interconnect them.

Sealed lead acid Batteries

ZXDU rectifier uses 3 BACK UP BATTERY BANKS. Each battery bank contains 4, 12V batteries. If the Supply ac power cutoff due to a break down or power cut, these batteries are responsible for powering the equipment.
