1. Introduction

This document is a reference, training and process guide for 3 options of Aircraft digital documents access to

KAC Engineers and mechanics.

1.1What are the 3 Options available in KAC ?

1. 3 main sources of Technical documents available in KAC are namely Online Digital documents,Ourkac.com intranet client installation and !ackup CDs.

. Online Digital documents "Option 1#Online access to manufactures !ebsite such as "oeing, Airbus, C#$ and %E &C'C(

This is the primar$ and authentic source of maintenance documents and other relevant informationavailable for the smooth maintenance of KAC aircrafts. )evisions are directly updated by the manufactures.

3. Ourkac.com intranet "Option %# This is the secondary source of information available through KAC server and all formations and areincorporated from the latest C* revision provided by "oeing, Airbus, C#$ and %E. )evisions are updated bythe Technical +ibrary, uality control in association !ith "#.

-. !ack up CDs "Option 3#ncase 1st and nd option fails, end users can use standalone facility to avoid delay and continue smooth

maintenance service !ithout any sort of interruption. "ac/up C*s are distributed all concerned sections.

This user guide is set up by screen shots and e0planations. t is advised to revie! screen shots as youread the e0planations.
