In this role, one will help recruit, interview, and screen job candidates to fill existing and future job opening within Accusoft by visiting college campuses, sourcing through internet databases and search engines, and other networking opportunities throughout the Tampa Bay Technical community. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Meet with department managers to discuss upcoming recruiting needs, finalize job descriptions, and submit job requisitions for executive approval Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent Partner with College/University Campus leaders and local technical networks to develop and implement plans for key staffing initiatives to onboard applicants Help handle candidate negotiations, reviewing company benefits with candidates, and initiate the New Hire Process Track and report key recruiting metrics quarterly, which are designed to measure and predict staffing activity and performance Assist HR Manager with selecting, fostering, and maintaining recruiting vendor relations Post job requisitions on career posting websites, social media, and Accusoft Website Generate candidate flow through various methods including college recruiting, internet job boards, social media, networks, and referrals Oversee interview and hiring processes to ensure adherence with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other government compliance requirements Participates as an HR interview screener for technical and non-technical positions Assists the HR Coordinator with scheduling phone and on-sight interviews and tracking candidate flow when needed Maintain necessary files covering applications, interviews, and other interviewing tools Assist in various special projects and needs as determined by the Human Resources Manager SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s Degree; Two plus years of related recruiting experience and/or training; or equivalent combination

of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

N/A

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

High energy with proven experience building positive relationships with prospective candidates,

vendors, and fellow co-workers

Knowledge and understanding of HR principles and practices associated with interviewing, hiring,

and compensation

Skilled in interviewing, screening, and selection practices and techniques

Requires good critical thinking and interpersonal skills

Professional, outgoing, guest-service oriented manner

Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable

deadlines

Able to work independently and productively with minimal supervision

Intermediate – Advanced skill level with MS Office applications, Applicant Tracking Systems,

Internet Explorer and Chrome

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Technical recruiting background or some knowledge of the software industry

TRAVEL:

Some travel required
