We went back to the origins of movementand recaptured it at its most natural.We created Kinesis™ putting the person at the centreof an intimate space with strong echoes of nature,leaving technology behind the scenes.

Kinesis™ works efficiently by stabilising muscles during each movement, but also on the ability to move freely through a full range of motion.

Aside from balance and flexibility, Kinesis™ improves strength, i.e. the body’s ability to work with resistance. In this way Kinesis™ provides an enjoyable and effective fitness experience, and outstanding, tangible results.
