DESCRIPTION

Presented April 2005 at the 67th Annual International Technology Education Association, Kansas City, Missouri. Technology surrounds us all. Yet we only train a select group of educations in the broad scope of technology. Mainstream education prepares educators in the use of the technology required for the classroom and not for life. We will introduce a new approach using existing technology by implementing a technology lab as a core course for all education majors.
