You can do things faster thanks to technology, so you have more time to do other things.

You can work at home, so you have more time for your family.

You can get hooked to technology, especially internet. You can become a tech-junkie.

Not everyone has access to technology or knows how to use it properly, so they waste time understanding how to work(deal??) with.

Sum up

If you become a tech-literate, technology can be extremely useful and let you enjoy more free-time(,if not you can get lost???)
