Technology in the classroomA classroom that incorporates technology is so much more than watching a screen. See how one

device transforms a lesson plan into out-of-the-box thinking and collaboration.

In small groups, the students use their lightweight HP ProBook x360 11 Education Edition notebooks in tablet and tent modes to brainstorm ideas for the project with the digital pen and touch mode. It’s simple for them to draw and share on their screens.

Using the ProBook x360 11 Education Edition students use HP Simple Sign-on to log in to the network and gather research material for the project. They use the HP Adaptive Learning social network to connect with each other and collaboratively write the scripts for their newscasts.

The students head outdoors, using the dual cameras and microphones on their notebooks to shoot video footage. The teacher doesn’t worry about the students venturing outside, because the HP ProBook x360 11 Education Edition is built to be rugged, with a Corning® Gorilla® Glass screen, spill-resistant keyboard, and long-life battery.

The superintendent visits the classroom to see the progress that the class is making on the project. Using the touch screen on her notebook, the teacher quickly navigates onscreen to show her the small group assignments and the results of the project assessments to date.

9:00 Am - Student Brainstorming Session

10:00 am - students gather research for their projects

11:00 am - students work on the project outside of the classroom
