Second Grade Forum Example

How can second-grade program be successful?

•Emphasize form--Good posture helps develop good keyboarding--speed and accuracy will follow but are not a priority at this age

•Daily practice to learn form—stress form, accuracy then speed will follow

•Cannot be taught in isolation—students must be expected to use two-hand typing when completing assignments or working on the computer
