L’avvenuto esame è documentato dall’apposizione, sull’imballo della targhetta con marcatura CE, e dalla dichiarazione di conformità inserita nel presente Manuale istruzioni. 1.3 GARANZIA

ÉLITE è coperto da garanzia, per un periodo di dodici mesi ad esclusione delle parti di normale usura (guarnizioni). Detta garanzia ha inizio dalla data di consegna al cliente, comprovata dalla restituzione del tagliando di garanzia debitamente compilato, timbrato e firmato dal rivenditore. In caso di contestazione, è ritenuta valida la data indicata sulla bolla di vendita. La riparazione o la sostituzione in garanzia di un particolare, è effettuata ad insindacabile giudizio della casa e non comprende la trasferta del personale e le spese di imballaggio e trasporto. Sono escluse dalla garanzia i guasti o danni derivati da una cattiva manutenzione, negligenza, imperizia o altre cause non imputabili al costruttore, e di conseguenza sono esclusi risarcimenti di qualsiasi natura verso persone o cose. Non è riconosciuto il diritto alla sostituzione. Non è riconosciuto nessun risarcimento per fermo. La garanzia decade automaticamente qualora l’apparecchio venga manomesso, riparato o modificato dall’acquirente o da terzi non autorizzati. Per gli interventi, l’acquirente deve rivolgersi unicamente al rivenditore oppure ai centri di assistenza indicati dal costruttore.

WARRANTY ÉLITE is covered by a 12-month warranty, except for wear parts (fittings). This warranty is valid starting from the date the reducer is delivered to the customer, evidenced by the return of the warranty coupon duly filled-in, stamped and signed by the retailer. In case of controversy, the date indicated on the delivery note will be considered that valid. Repairing and replacement under warranty conditions of any components will be carried out exclusively at the manufacturer discretion; the warranty does not cover travel expenses of personnel, neither packaging nor transportation costs. The warranty does not cover damages caused by wrong maintenance, negligence, unskilfulness or any other cause the constructor is not to be held responsible for, and consequently no kind of compensation is acknowledged to people or property. The right to have the whole is not acknowledged. No compensation for stop is acknowledged. The warranty will void automatically in case the device is tampered with, repaired or modified by the customer or by unauthorised third parties. For interventions, the customer has to apply exclusively to the retailer or to the service centres of the manufacturer.

PRESENTAZIONE DEL PRODOTTO

Élite è un elegante apparecchio costruito in materiale plastico di colore bianco RAL 9003. Costituito da un mobile diviso in due parti.( FIG.1 ) Sul fronte della macchina a sinistra troviamo il pannello comandi ( POS.10 ) e la bocca di carico del serbatoio ( POS.B ), mentre a destra vi è la cabina di disinfezione. Il pannello comandi è una pellicola in materiale plastico sulla quale sono evidenziate le funzioni dei vari comandi. Guardando il riquadro in alto a sinistra del pannello comandi, l’operatore vede in ordine di processo i comandi da attivare per eseguire il ciclo di pulizia ( POS.3,4,5 ). L’icona del sopra citato riquadro mostra in trasparenza, in fase di disinfezione, una spia colorata (visualizzatore del ciclo di disinfezione) ( POS.2 ). Sul lato superiore destro vi è la manopola del timer conta minuti ( POS.6 ). All’interno del vano sottostante il pannello comandi vi sono i componenti pneumatici e idraulici, per lo svolgimento del processo. Nella parte inferiore di detto vano è posto il serbatoio del disinfettante, collegato alla bocca di carico (B) e alla pompa. Il vano è chiuso da uno sportello, sotto il quale sono posti gli attacchi dell’alimentazione acqua, alimentazione aria, rispettivamente collegati alla valvola dell’acqua e al riduttore dell’aria. L’operatore, attraverso lo sportello in vetro accede alla camera di trattamento a tenuta stagna. Questa disposizione permette all’operatore di vedere, durante il trattamento, il proprio operato; avendo frontalmente i comandi dell’apparecchio. Sul lato destro dell’apparecchio, una boccola circolare collega il guanto alla cabina consentendo all’operatore di manipolare il manufatto durante il trattamento senza venire a contatto con l’ambiente della camera. All’interno della camera in alto sulla parte sinistra è posta la doccia ( POS.112 ); essa è munita di tre ugelli con funzioni specifiche ( FIG.5 ):

1. l’ugello spruzza il disinfettante nebulizzato ( POS.105 ), 2. l’ugello spruzza solo acqua per il lavaggio del manufatto ( POS.103 ), 3. l’ugello soffia aria per asciugare il manufatto ( POS.104 ).

In alto sulla parte destra è posto il filtro di scarico sovrapressione. Nella parte inferiore della camera vi sono due griglie estraibili (griglia DX, SX), per appoggiare il manufatto e separarlo dal liquido contaminato, che cade nella camera sottostante ed è scaricato attraverso il raccordo ( FIG.3, POS.177 ) nelle acque nere. Sotto il serbatoio vi è un tappo per lo svuotamento dello stesso ( FIG.3, POS.152 ). Il dispositivo poggia su 4 piedini di gomma.

TRASPORTO - STOCCAGGIO - ISTALLAZIONE - DEMOLIZIONE

4.1 TRASPORTO E STOCCAGGIO

Élite è imballata nel seguente modo: Inserita in un sacchetto di cellophane, protetta da sagome in polistirolo ed inserita in una scatola di cartone ondulato. L’imballo non è sterile. L’imballo e l’apparecchio sono delicati, maneggiare con cura, trasportare senza scosse, urti non capovolgere.Conservare in ambienti asciutti e protetti ad una temperatura ( +5°C; +30°C ) (gli apparecchi sono collaudati uno ad uno e alla fine del collaudo vi potrebbero essere dei residui di liquido nei condotti). È consentita la sovrapposizione di MAX 3 apparecchi imballati. L’IMBALLO DEVE ESSERE CONSERVATO PER TUTTO IL PERIODO DI GARANZIA. TECNO-GAZ NON ACCETTA RESI SENZA IMBALLO ORIGINALE.

4.2 ISTALLAZIONE

L’installazione è un operazione fondamentale per il buon utilizzo e il buon funzionamento dell’apparecchio.Qui di seguito sono elencate le operazioni da seguire per una corretta installazione.

• Togliere l’imballo e controllare lo stato dell’apparecchio, se presenta segni di danneggiamento da trasporto, avvisare Tecno-gaz.

• L’imballo deve essere conservato per tutto il periodo di garanzia. Tecno-gaz non accetta resi senza imballo originale.

• Posizionare l’apparecchio su una superficie piana, lontano da fonti di calore(es. Autoclavi, bunsen, vaporiere, forni ecc…), ad una distanza massima di 1.5 metri dalle prese di alimentazione di aria compressa, acqua potabile e dallo scarico per acque nere. Dette prese devono essere facilmente accessibili.

• La superficie dove è posto l’apparecchio deve avere un’altezza idonea all’utilizzatore, si

consiglia un’altezza di 90 cm circa.

• L’altezza dello scarico cui andrà collegato l’apparecchio deve essere inferire di 20 cm

rispetto all’altezza del piano di lavoro in cui è posto l’apparecchio

• Installare l’apparecchio in modo tale da non piegare gravosamente i tubi di alimentazione

e scarico.

• Inserire il tubo di scarico (POS.54 FIG.6) dalla parte del sifone nello scarico e l’altra

estremità all’apparecchio (POS.177 FIG.3)

• Collegare il tubo dell’aria (POS.163 FIG.6) alla presa dell’apparecchio (POS.159 FIG.2) e

alla presa del circuito pneumatico dello studio/laboratorio (PRESSIONE 3-8 BAR - portata minima 50 Nl/min.).

• Collegare i due capi del tubi di alimentazione acqua, al rubinetto dell’acqua e al raccordo di alimentazione dell’apparecchio (POS.51 FIG.2), quindi aprire il rubinetto e controllare che non vi siano perdite (fare attenzione alle guarnizioni).

• Versare il contenuto del flacone disinfettante nella bocca di carico disinfettante (POS.B

FIG.1), riempire sino alla base della bocca stessa.

• Eseguire due cicli a vuoto, per spurgare l’aria dai condotti vedi paragrafo seguente.

• L’uso di disinfettanti diversi da quello in dotazione può essere causa di cattivo funzionamento e deterioramento dell’apparecchio. Evitare l’uso di disinfettanti infiammabili.

4.3 DEMOLIZIONE

Élite è costruita in materiale plastico ( polistirolo e ABS ) e materiale ferroso, per la demolizione e lo smaltimento si fa riferimento alle norme vigenti nel paese di utilizzo. Lo smaltimento dell’imballo deve rispettare le norme vigenti nel paese d’utilizzo.

FUNZIONAMENTO ED USO

Élite è un apparecchio da utilizzare in campo odontotecnico e odontoiatrico per la pulizia e la disinfezione di impronte eseguite con alginati, polieteri, siliconi o idrocolloidi.

Tecno-gaz non è responsabile per danni all’apparecchio e alle persone causati dall’uso improprio o dall’imperizia dell’operatore.

Introdotto il manufatto nell’apposita camera è lavato, disinfettato e asciugato senza che l’operatore abbia un contatto diretto con il prodotto disinfettante o con il manufatto. Élite è uno strumento indispensabile per la tutela degli operatori e dei pazienti, onde evitare contagi e diffusioni di malattie. Da impiegarsi esclusivamente nel settore odontoiatrico e odontotecnico. Non è consentito l’uso dell’apparecchio per altri scopi o in ambienti non pertinenti alle caratteristiche di Élite. Il principio adottato si basa su due fattori fondamentali: la sicurezza dell’operatore/paziente ed il mantenimento della qualità del manufatto. La sicurezza dell’operatore/paziente e dell’ambiente circostante sono tutelati dalla tenuta stagna dalla camera di disinfezione. La qualità del manufatto non è alterata, poiché la disinfezione è eseguita con un getto di liquido disinfettante nebulizzato, che non reagisce con il manufatto, garantendone una disinfezione ottimale. Le 6 fasi del funzionamento di ÉLITE sono: 1. Prima pulitura con acqua fredda per rimuovere residui che possono invalidare l’effetto del disinfettante e

risultino di difficile asportazione una volta induriti. 2. Asciugatura con aria per evitare di diluire il disinfettante con l’acqua 3. Disinfezione per nebulizzazione 4. Permanenza sotto l’azione del disinfettante per un tempo stabilito. 5. Pulitura con acqua fredda per togliere il disinfettante 6. Asciugatura con aria Questo trattamento deve essere seguito da precauzioni per la tutela dell’oggetto.

PAR 06

ISTRUZIONI PER L’UTILIZZATORE

PER ESEGUIRE IL PROCESSO DI DISINFEZIONE BISOGNA PROCEDERE NEL SEGUENTE MODO:

1. Aprire il rubinetto dell’acqua. 2. Accendere l’apparecchio spingendo verso l’alto l’interruttore generale (POS.1 FIG.1), si avverte un

leggero soffio di aria. 3. Aprire lo sportello inserire il manufatto nella camera di disinfezione, chiudere lo sportello (POS.25-41

FIG.1). 4. Attivare la fase di lavaggio, con la mano sx tenere premuto il pulsante (POS.3 FIG.1), con la mano dx

inserita nel guanto muovere il manufatto sotto la doccia per lavarlo uniformemente e asportare residui di saliva e sangue sotto i quali il disinfettante è inattivo e risultano di difficile asportazione una volta induriti.

5. Attivare la fase di asciugatura con la mano sx tenere premuto il pulsante (POS.5 FIG.1), con la mano dx inserita nel guanto muovere il manufatto sotto la doccia per un’asciugatura uniforme .

6. Attivare la fase di disinfezione: premendo con la mano sx il pulsante (POS.4 FIG.1) l’indicatore diventa visibile (POS.2 FIG.1). Tenere premuto il pulsante fino a quando l’indicatore non è più visibile. Durante quest’operazione con la mano dx infilata nel guanto muovere il manufatto sotto la doccia per cospargere uniformemente il disinfettante. Spruzzare il disinfettante sui due lati del manufatto.

7. Adagiare il manufatto sulle griglie, ruotare la manopola timer (POS.6 FIG.1) per un giro completo in senso orario (carica della suoneria) poi ritornare sulla posizione che indica 10 MINUTI (tempo di disinfezione).Il timer torna automaticamente alla posizione di partenza, segnalando acusticamente la fine del tempo di disinfezione.

8. Lavare nuovamente tenendo premuto con la mano sx il pulsante , con la mano dx inserita nel guanto muovere il manufatto sotto la doccia per togliere meglio il disinfettante .

9. Attivare la fase di asciugatura tenendo premuto con la mano sx il pulsante con la mano dx inserita nel guanto muovere il manufatto sotto la doccia per un’asciugatura uniforme.

10. Confezionare il manufatto in modo idoneo, per non abbassare il livello di disinfezione ottenuto. 11. Posizionare l’interruttore generale sulla posizione “ OFF ” 12. Chiudere il rubinetto dell’acqua

AVVERTENZE

Eseguire due cicli a vuoto, per spurgare l’aria dai condotti vedi paragrafo seguente.

L’uso di disinfettanti diversi da quello in dotazione può essere causa di cattivo funzionamento e deterioramento dell’apparecchio. Evitare l’uso di disinfettanti infiammabili.

Tecno-gaz non è responsabile per danni all’apparecchio e alle persone causati dall’uso improprio o dall’imperizia dell’operatore.

Quando si avvitano gli ugelli fare attenzione ad imboccare bene il filetto; la plastica si può danneggiare.

ATTENZIONE: TEMPO D’AZIONE DISINFETTANTE 10 MINUTI

ATTENZIONE: CHIUDERE IL RUBINETTO DELL’ACQUA E L’INTERRUTTORE GENERALE DELL’ARIA TERMINATO L’UTILIZZO.APRIRE IL RUBINETTO DELL’ACQUA E DELL’ARIA PRIMA DELL’UTILIZZO.

Togliere l’imballo e controllare lo stato dell’apparecchio, se presenta segni di danneggiamento da trasporto, avvisare Tecno-gaz.

L’imballo deve essere conservato per tutto il periodo di garanzia. Tecno-gaz non accetta resi senza imballo originale.

MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA, PROGRAMMATA E STRAORDINARIA

PULIZIA DELL’ APPARECCHIO

Aprire lo sportello, smontare le grate e lavare con un detergente non aggressivo, quindi sciacquare sotto acqua corrente. Lavare l’interno della camera di disinfezione con detergente non aggressivo e sciacquare. Asciugare la camera e le grate e rimontare il tutto. Per la pulizia esterna usare una spugna umida e asciugare. DURANTE LE OPERAZIONI DI MANUTENZIONE USARE DISPOSITIVI DI PROTEZIONE INDIVIDUALE IDONEI (ad esempio: guanti, occhiali, camici, mascherine, ecc… marcati ce).

CAMBIO GUANTI 1. Impugnare la ghiera e ruotarla in senso antiorario (POS.33 FIG.4). 2. Sfilare la ghiera dal guanto. 3. Sfilare il guanto dalla boccola. 4. Il guanto usato va gettato nel raccoglitore dei rifiuti a smaltimento controllato. 5. Montare il guanto nuovo sulla ghiera .

6. Montare la ghiera con il nuovo guanto infilato sulla boccola facendola ruotare in senso orario fino al serraggio.

PULIZIA FILTRO SCARICO SOVRAPRESSIONE

La presente operazione deve essere effettuata ogni 20 utilizzi. Smontare il coperchio filtro (POS.189 FIG.4) svitando le viti, estrarre la cartuccia (spugna), lavarla sotto l’acqua corrente e strizzarla. Lavare la sede della cartuccia, asciugare e rimontare il tutto.

PULIZIA UGELLI

In caso di ostruzione degli ugelli, bisogna smontarli (POS.105 FIG.5) ( svitandoli ) e rimuovere le incrostazioni dai condotti della doccia e dai fori degli ugelli.

Quando si avvitano gli ugelli fare attenzione ad imboccare bene il filetto; la plastica si può danneggiare.

PRODUCT ’S INTRODUCTION

Élite is an elegant appliance manufactured in white plastic material RAL 9003. It is composed by a single piece of furniture divided in two sections.( FIG.1 ) To the left of the appliance’s frontal part you find the control board ( POS.10 ) and the tank’s draining mouth ( B ) ; to the right you find the disinfection chamber. The control board is made of a thick plastic film where the several controls functioning are underlined. The square-frame on the top left side of the control board bears the controls the operator needs to use in order to carry out the cleaning cycle ( POS.3,4,5 ). The square-frame icon shows a coloured pilot light while the disinfecting phase (disinfecting cycle display) is in course.( POS.2 ) On the top right side you find the timer knob (POS.6). Inside the chamber, under the control board, you find the pneumatic and hydraulic components for carrying out the treatment. The disinfectant chamber is located in the lower part of the afore mentioned chamber and connected to the draining mouth and to the pump. The chamber is equipped with a closing panel under which there is a supporting plate where the water supply fittings are located and connected to the water valve and so are the air supply fittings connected to the air reducer. The operator has access to the water-tight treatment chamber by means of the glass door . This disposition allows the operator to watch operations during the treatment, having at the same time the appliance controls in front of him. To the right of the appliance, a circular bushing connect the glove to the cabin allowing the operator to handle the manufacture during the treatment without entering in contact within the chamber environment. The shower is placed inside the chamber, in the top left side; the shower is equipped with three nozzles( POS.112 ). Every nozzle has a specific function ( FIG.5 ):

1. the nozzle sprays the atomized disinfectant ( POS.105 ) 2. the nozzle sprays only water for washing the manufacture ( POS.103 ) 3. the nozzle blows air to dry out the manufacture ( POS.104 ).

The overpressure draining filter is positioned in the right top side. Two movable grids are located in camber’s lower part (Right grid, Left grid); they allow to lean the manufacture and keep it separated from the polluted liquid; this liquid falls into the underneath chamber and get discharged into the sewage water system through the fitting (FIG.3 POS.177). The tank is equipped with a discharging plug, located in the lower part of the tank (FIG.3 POS.152). The appliance leans on 4 feet.

4.1

SHIPMENT – STOCKAGE Élite is packed as follows: the appliance is sent in a cellophane bag, protected by foam polystyrene profiles and placed within a corrugated cardboard box. The packaging is not sterile. The packaging and the appliance are fragile so handle them carefully, do not shake them or bump them and do not overturn. Store the packed appliance in a safe and dry place at a temperature between +5°C and +30°C (since the appliances are test one by one, at the end of the final test some liquid residues may remain in the conduits). Do not lay more than a MAX of 3 packed appliance one on the top of another. THE PACKAGING HAS TO BE KEPT DURING THE WHOLE WARRANTY PERIOD. TECNO-GAZ DO NOT ACCEPT APPLIANCE REPLACED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

4.2 INSTALLATION

The installation is an important operation both to assure a correct use and the appliance’s best performance. The following text describes the operations to be carried out for a correct installation.

• Remove with care the appliance from its packaging and check its condition: if it has been damaged during the shipment, please advice Tecno-Gaz.

• Packaging must be kept during the whole warranty period; TECNO-GAZ will not accept any restitution without the original packaging.

• Place the appliance on a plane surface, far from any heat source (ex. Autoclaves, Bunsen burner, steamers, ovens etc…), not further than 1.5 meters from the compressed air supply plug, fresh water tap and from the sewage water drain. The above mentioned plugs must be easily accessible.

• The surface on which the appliance is laid has to be high enough to allow best working

conditions for the operator; we suggest an high of around 90 cm.

• The position of the draining to which the appliance is to be connected must be 20 cm

lower than the working plane the appliance is laid on.

• Install the appliance making sure the supplying and draining pipes do not be bend.

• Insert the syphon part of the draining pipe (POS.54 FIG.6) in the draining and the other

extremity in the appliance (POS.177 FIG.3).

• Connect the air pipe (POS.163 FIG.6) to the appliance’s plug (POS.159 FIG.2) and to the

pneumatic system of the studio/laboratory (PRESSURE 3-8 BAR – minimum capacity 50 Nl/min.).

• Connect both ends of the water supply pipe to the water tap and to the appliance’s supply fitting (POS.51 FIG.2), then open the tap and check there are no leaks (pay attention to the gaskets).

• Pour the disinfectant in the disinfectant (POS.B FIG.1) loading mouth up to the mouth’s

base.

• Carry out two cycles with the appliance empty; to bleed the air from the conduits see next paragraph.

• The utilization of disinfectants different from the supplied one could damage the device. Do not use inflammable disinfectants.

4.3 DEMOLITION

Élite is manufactured using plastic ( polystyrene and ABS ) and ferrous material; for its demolition and disposal follow the regulations in force in the country where the appliance has been installed. The disposal of the packaging must respect the rules in force in the country in which the device is used.

WORKING AND USE

Élite is an appliance to be used for disinfecting and clean dental impressions using alginates, polyethers, silicones o hydrocolloids. Élite is a device to be used in dental field for the cleaning and the disinfection of impressions made of alginate, polyether, silicon and hydrocolloid materials.

Tecno-gaz is not responsible for the damages caused by the wrong use of the device or lack of experience of operator.

The manufacture, introduced in the special chamber, get cleaned, disinfected and dried out without the operator entering in direct contact with the disinfectant product or the manufacture itself. Élite is an appliance necessary for the safety of the operator and of the patient in order to avoid contagion and illness diffusion. This appliance is to be used only in dentistry and dental fields. Do not use absolutely the appliance for other purposes or in other fields not pertinent to the Élite features. The appliance’s functioning principle adopted is based on two fundamental factors: the operator/patient safety and the preservation of the product quality. The safety of operator/patient and that of the surrounding environment is warranted by the disinfection chamber’s water-tight sealing. The manufacture quality remains unchanged as the disinfecting process is carried out using an atomized disinfectant liquid jet that does not reacts with the manufacture so assuring an optimal disinfection. The 6 ÉLITE functioning phases are: 1. First cleaning phase using cold water to remove residues which may compromise the disinfectant effect

and are difficult to remove them when they harden. 2. Drying phase using air to avoid the disinfectant diluting in the water. 3. Disinfection by atomizing. 4. Leaving the manufacture under the disinfectant action for an established time. 5. Cleaning phase using cold water to remove the disinfectant. 6. Drying phase with air. At the end of the treatment pay attention not to damage the object.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USER

TO CARRY OUT THE DISINFECTING TREATMENT:

1. Open the water tap. 2. Switch on the appliance by pushing up the main switch (POS.1 FIG.1); you feel a light air blow. 3. Open the door (POS.25-41 FIG1) put the manufacture into the disinfection chamber and close the door. 4. Start the washing cycle; with your left hand hold the push-button down (POS.3 FIG.1) and move the

manufacture under the shower using your right hand inserted in the glove for washing it uniformly and removing sialon and blood residues that cause the disinfectant to be ineffective and are difficult to remove when they become hard.

5. Start the drying cycle by holding down the push-button (POS.5 FIG1) with your left hand while moving the manufacture under the shower using your right hand inside the glove for obtaining best drying results.

6. Start the disinfecting cycle: press the push-button (POS.4 FIG1) with your left hand and the indicator (POS.2 FIG.1) will become visible. Hold down the push-button until the indicator becomes invisible. During this operation move the manufacture under the shower with your right hand inside the glove to scatter uniformly the disinfectant. Spray the disinfectant on both sides of the manufacture.

7. Lean the manufacture on the grids (POS.6 FIG.1), turn a complete clock-wise turn the timer handle (POS.6) (alarm winding), then take it back to the 10 MINUTES (disinfection time) position. The timer goes back automatically to the start position, advising the end of the disinfection time by means of an acoustic signal.

8. Wash again the manufacture by holding down the push-button with your left hand while moving the manufacture under the shower using your right hand inside the glove to remove better the disinfectant.

9. Start the drying cycle by holding down the push-button with your left hand while moving the manufacture under the shower using your right hand inside the glove for obtaining best drying results.

10. Pack the manufacture with care to avoid to lower the obtained disinfection level. 11. Set the main switch to the position “ OFF ”. 12. Close the water tap.

ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE

CLEANING THE APPLIANCE Open the door, remove the grids, and wash them with a sponge under the tap water. Wash the disinfection chamber internal part using a wet sponge. Dry the chamber and grids and replace everything back. Use a wet sponge for cleaning externally, then dry the appliance’s external part. USE APPROPRIATE SAFETY EQUIPMENT DURING MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS (for example: gloves, glasses, white coats, masks, etc… that bear the EEC mark).

REPLACING THE GLOVES

1. Handle the ring-nut and turn it counter clock-wise. 2. Remove the ring-nut from the glove 3. Remove the glove from the bushing 4. Trash the used glove in the controlled disposing trash container. 5. Mount the new glove on the ring-nut

Mount the ring-nut with the new glove inside the bushing and turn it clock-wise up to its limit.

CLEANING THE OVER-PRESSURE DRAINING FILTER

This operation has to be carried out every 20 working day. Replace the filter plug (POS.189 FIG.4) by unscrewing the relative screws, take out the cartridge (sponge), and wash it under the tap water, then wring out. Wash the cartridge seat, dry it and mount it back again.

CLEANING THE NOZZLES

If the nozzles are obstructed it is necessary to disassemble them (by unscrewing them) and remove the incrustations from the shower conduits and nozzles holes.

When you screw the nozzles in, be careful to fit the thread. The plastic could be damaged.

3 PUSHING THE BUTTON “DISINFECTANT SPRAY”, THE DISINFECTANT IS NOT SUPPLIED.

LACK OF DISINFECTANT SUPPLY.

CHECK IF THE TAPS OF AIR SUPPLY ARE OPEN AND IF THERE IS DISINFECTANT IN THE TANK. CHECK IF THE GENERAL SWITCH IS ON.
