Before You Apply, Consider:!

 Size of event (up to 100 people)?! Half day or full day event?! Live speakers or TED

content only?!

Basic Host Responsibilities!  Selecting a venue!  Choosing a name!  Inviting Participants!  Choosing content!  Creating a website!

The Application Process!  Itʼs not a competitive process (whew!)!  Most applications approved as long as they

fit the TED guidelines and framework!  Approval usually comes within a 5-10 days!  Donʼt promote your event until your

application is approved!
