OBJECTIVE

Establish a network of Local Organizing Committees (LOC)

to host annual Teen Masters events in communities across the United States.

WHO CAN BECOME AN LOC

A Teen Masters LOC can be formed by:

College or high school bowling teams

Bowling center youth programs

Tournament organizations

Parents

LOC RESPONSIBILITIES

Each LOC will be tasked with:

Promoting the Event to area bowlers

Generating scholarship funds for the Event

Conducting the Event

LOC RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre-Event

Event promotion through social media

Local sponsorship sales

On-Site

Check-in and collection of any on-site entry fees

Lane assignments

Enforcement of dress and conduct codes

Posting of standings

Post Event:

Posting of results on TeenMastersBowling.com

Posting of pictures on website and social media

Submission of financial report including lineage and sponsorships/scholarship awards

LOC FINANCES

Revenue Will Be Generated As Follows:

Entry Fees

The LOC will receive $44 of every paid entry to cover: Bowling center rental/lineage LOC expenses and management fee

Local Sponsorships Payable to The First Frame, a 501(c)(3)

80% to college scholarships awarded at qualifier 20% to LOC if it sells the sponsorship

*KBP retains rights to Presenting Sponsor and relationship with Sports Commissions/CVB
