1. If your child has any medical conditions that we need to be aware of can you please inform the venue at time of booking.

2. A responsible adult must stay on the premises at all times if children under the age of 8 are attending an activity.

3. If your child suffers from Asthma can you please ensure that the correct inhaler is brought to the session.

4. As some places are limited it is advisable to book your place in advance by contacting the relevant venue.

5. If you book your child on any of the activities and discover that they are unable to attend we would appreciate it if you could contact the relevant venue to cancel your place.

6. Children must come suitably dressed to participate in the sessions e.g. Tracksuit and sporting footwear, it is also advisable to bring along a drink of water.

7. Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied to and from all sessions by a responsible adult (16 +).

8. Parental Consent forms are required for all activities.9. Photographs will be taken by an official Tees Active photographer, these photographs will be

used for publicity purposes. If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used please can you inform Allan McDermott on (01642) 528772.

Distance Badge Challenge(All Ages)We have reserved time and space for you to come along and give yourself a challenge. Any distance can be completed - from 25 metres to 1 mile! (64 lengths). Badges and certificates are available from Reception at an additional charge.

Tees Active’s Holiday Swim School is available to all children. Children develop quickly on our intensive weekly swim courses. It has also been created to support our popular Learn to Swim Scheme that operates throughout the year.
