Job Description: Business Development Specialist

• Telecommute• Make outbound business to business cold calls to schedule sales

appointments. • Generate leads or support business events such as webinars or seminars. • Outbound calls are made to a variety of industries during the business

workday, to companies located in the United States or Canada. • Make 110 to 240 calls per day and set 2 to 6 appointments per day. • Target audiences range from mid management to C-level contacts.• Send recorded calls to clients.• Send emails from CRM to prospects and clients.

Pay Per Appointment: Business Development Specialists are Independent Contractors (1099) and paid by each appointment scheduled plus production incentives per qualified appointment. This is based on quotas being met. This performance based pay makes up the majority of Business Development Specialist earningsMore Appointments = More $ Less Appointments = Less $

The Minimum requirement for Business Development Specialists to remain active with TeleReach is 20 billable hours per week

TeleReach Business Development Specialists earn an average range of $12 - $35 per hour

How is Pay Per Appointment Calculated?

Business Development Specialists are paid using a tiered pay rate system based on the difficulty of the account.

TeleReach generally has more level 2 and 3 work available than any other work.

Level 3 Business Development Specialists are always in high demand and earn more money. It is expected that Business DevelopmentSpecialists will strive to work on level 3 accounts.

Each Success Camp group is a two week orientation process (Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm CST). It is necessary to commit to the full two weeks without interruption, in order to progress sequentially through the step by step building blocks. Your start date is assigned contingent upon your ability to commit to a two week cycle.

During Success Camp 1 and 2 (SC1 & SC2) Business Development Specialists are paid per qualified appointment set

Upon completion of SC1 & SC2 Business Development Specialists receive pay per qualified appointment and are eligible for non dialing base pay as well as any incentives

During the two week orientation period Business Development Specialists need to be available to review progress/performance

One on one and group coaching/shadowing is available to all Business Development Specialists, and required for new Business Development Specialists during the two week orientation period

The minimum requirement to remain an active TeleReach Business Development Specialist after successful completion of Success Camp is to maintain an average of 20 billable hours and 440 dials per week minimum

New Business Development Specialist Production Bonuses $360

Consecutive dialing days are required to earn new Business Development Specialist bonuses. If a new Business Development Specialist has a break in the two week orientation period, bonus eligibility is negated. If a new Business Development Specialist misses a bonus at one level, this does not preclude them from attaining the bonus on the next level.

SC1 end the first week of calling with 16 billable hours – receive $75 bonus

SC2 end the second week of calling with 20 billable hours – receive $150 bonus

Week three produce 30 billable hours on or before 5th consecutive dialing day - receive $30 bonus

Week four produce 30 billable hours on or before 5th consecutive dialing day - receive $30 bonus

30 day Milestone: Four consecutive weeks of 20 or more billable hours each week - receive $25 bonus

60 day Milestone: Eight consecutive weeks of 20 or more billable hours each week - receive $25 bonus

90 day Milestone: 20 or more billable hours each week for 8 consecutive weeks - receive $25 bonus
