For more than 65 years we have supplied the professional kitchen with porcelain from our production plant at Figgjo, Norway. Through these years we have become a trendsetter in the field and one of the industry’s most innovative and flexible suppliers of integrated solutions. This is a position that also has resulted in a number of design awards.

The foundation for our progress and market position is our product quality. By this we mean not only user-friendliness and durability but also aesthetics. Our porcelain solutions are intended to awaken feelings, in both the kitchen and the restaurant, and thereby contribute to giving the guests the best experience. In our customers’ operations, change is the only constant. Today’s lifestyle creates new rules for how we relate to one another. This has consequences also for the traditional buffet. From the well-known buffet lunch, the buffet has become a much richer culinary experience. Figgjo’s products reflect this and offer more combination opportunities and greater flexibility.

As this brochure shows, we have used our creativity to develop inspira-tional buffets employing the three series: Figgjo Form, Figgjo Arena and Figgjo Gastronorm. These series all make an excellent foundation for a complete buffet solution. Together they form the basis for solutions that meet every need.
