1. Features
2. Setup
1) Install the equipment on a firm area avoiding heat, humidity, dust and
vibration.
2) Place it in a well ventilated area with enough space.
3) Install it horizontally on a firm and stable surface.
4) The door can open to an angle of 180 degree,
please consider enough space.
• Improper set up can cause a malfunction or an accident
Caution
This product has following features for user’s safety and convenience.
1)The grounded circuit prevents a short and over current of electricity.
2) Accurate temperature controls by digital PID controller.
3) Energy saves to prevent heat-loss by polyurethane & glass wool materials.
4) Use for drying & incubating at constant temperature & humidity while pre-set time.
5) Internal tempered glass and easy observation of the test materials
by opening the external door only.

3. Causions
Warning
• Do not place flammable materials near the equipment, Fire may occur.
• Do not touch the power cord with wet hands, electric shock may occur.
• Do not plug to many equipment into the same electric outlet. Overload may
cause a fire.
• make sure to connect a ground wire. Electric shock may occur without a
ground wire.
Caution
• Before plugging into the electric outlet, make sure that the power voltage is
220VAC,50/60Hz.
• Avoid using other electric equipment with high voltage current near this
equipment.
• Do not pour water on this equipment directly.
A short circuit may occur.
• Do not use acid solution, benzene and sharp objects to clean the equipment. It
may cause changes of color or damage. Rubber and plastic part likely to change
easily. Do not use any volatile materials. If you use an detergent, clean it with
water thoroughly.
• Unplug from an outlet by holding the plug. Do not unplug it by pulling on the
power cord.
• If this unit is not going to be used for a long period of time, unplug from electric
outlet.
• Damaged power cord can cause a short circuit or a fire.
• Must open the exhaust outlet to exhaust the natural and convection air flow of
the chamber . It may occur to overflow water reservoir and leak the pressure from
door.
• Avoid putting too many objects in the chamber. It will block normal air circulation.
• Do not cover the shelves with aluminum foil. It may cause temperature control
malfunction or an obstruction of air circulation.

• DOOR DRAIN : Drain the dew on the door
• AUTO DRAIN : Drain the water when testing in the chamber by automatically
• SENSOR DRAIN : Drain the water in the sensor and so on.
• HUMI DRAIN : Drain the water reservoir.
Drain the water completely in case as this unit don’t use long period,
and move this unit other place

• Reservoir capacity : 20 liter
• The red pilot lamp is “on” when the water level is below 3 liter.
• Fulfill the water into reservoir when the red pilot lamp is “on”.

Caution
• Pull the plug when disconnecting from an outlet. Do not pull the power cord.
• Do not use acid solution, benzene and sharp objects to clean the equipment
It may cause changes of color or damage of the equipment..
Warning
Make sure to unplug the unit from an outlet before cleaning the unit
to avoid an electric shock
1) To clean the inside of the chamber
-. Remove the plug from an outlet.
-. Remove the shelves and shelf hangers form the chamber.
-. Wipe the inside with a soft cloth using a neutral detergent.
-. Clean the inside once more with a soft wool.
2) To clean the surface of the equipment
-. Use a sponge or soft cloth with a neutral detergent.
-. Wipe the unit with a dry cloth.
-. Do not use organic solvent.
3) To clean the electric parts
-. Always use a dry cloth.
4) If this unit is not going to be used for a long period
-. Remove the plug from an outlet.
-. Clean the unit with a soft cloth.
-. Wrap and store it.

7. Maintenance – Humidity Sensor

Keep to change the gauze on the humidity sensor
while a month or 2 weeks.
Caution
• Make sure to use the distilled water to wet the gauze.It may cause the malfunction the sensor to use groundwater and tap water to be
included the impurities as like as ferrous particles.
Cut the gauze the length
of 50~60 cm
• Fold the cut gauze in size of 7~8 cm.
• Make wet the gauze fully into distilled water.

7. Maintenance – Water level switch

Clean the water level switch periodically.
This switch control the water level in this unit, and it may
cause the malfunction by the scale on the sensor rod.
Disassemble
Clean
Reassemble
Keep the direction the slot at
initial place.
Otherwise, it may change the
polarity of the switch.
Remove the snap ring a tool.
Clean the sensor rod a dry cloth.
Caution
Make sure to use the distilled water to wet the gauze.
It may cause the malfunction the sensor to use groundwater and tap water to be
included the impurities as like as ferrous particles.

•The sensor is located at water
reservoir the right side in this unit.
(Loosen two screws on the lid of
water reservoir.)

1) We provide free repair service for this product against defects in material or
workmanship for a period of one year, when it is used under appropriate conditions.
Before requesting service, check the followings;
