Hi! We’re Mark & Liz Warom, founders of TEMPLE SPA. We’re so glad you’ve discovered us.

We learned our craft over decades of creating and managing brands for other people. Then in 2000 we absolutely had to pour our passion, love and expertise into our own brand. Millions of bottles, jars and tubes of our beautiful products are now being enjoyed around the world in spas, hotels, airlines, niche stores and the homes of discerning people, just like you.

The foundation of what we do is the healthy diet and lifestyle of the Mediterranean. As well as the idea being born there, it inspires our products, philosophy, ingredients, treatments and design. The Med boasts one of the healthiest lifestyles and happiest peoples on the planet, and we love that.

Inspired by the ancient words ‘TEMPLE’ that describes the body as a sacred place and

‘SPA’, a perfect metaphor for space, we hope that TEMPLE SPA becomes a reminder for you to SPA WHEREVER YOU ARE.

We’re passionate about anti-ageing, results oriented skincare, body care, soul therapy and exquisite spa treatments that replenish, refresh and revive. It’s not about “hope in a bottle” or believing that life’s problems can disappear at the mere whiff of an essential oil, but about offering divine preparations and treatments aimed at busy people, the overstressed and those that seek the very best in skincare.

We like creating textures and feel-good aromas that are adorable to the senses and an absolute pleasure to use. We focus on skin feelings, such as a dewy finish for dry skin and matte finish for oily skin and, whenever possible, cashmere is the goal.

Our formulas read like a who’s who of natural ingredients, harvested from the best crops of field, forest and water. We’re thankful for creation and visit here first for all our product formulae. We reach into the brilliant minds, experience and traditions of international product gurus, herbalists and doctors of derma-science. The results are advanced formulas in a different league.

Looking after your skin should be as easy as cleaning your teeth! Make it a habit morning and night to follow this home spa facial ritual. You’ll see amazing results within two weeks. You and your skin deserve it.

STEP 1: CLEANSING

Deep cleanse at night, light cleanse in the morning. Using clean hands, use upward and outward strokes to massage your cleanser into face and neck. Use little circular motions around sides of nose, temples and chin. Remove with a dampened TAKE IT OFF muslin.

If wearing eye makeup, apply GO EASY to two separate dampened cotton pads. Hold lightly over each eye then wipe gently downwards, following the direction of the lashes to cleanse.

In our spas we always double cleanse for scrumptiously clean

skin! On the days you don’t use a mask or scrub, you can jump to step 3: toning.

STEP 2: MASK

This is your once a week spa treatment. Use to either deeply cleanse or deeply hydrate the skin. All our masks & scrubs are designed to do their job within 20 minutes. Apply all over the face and neck, but avoid the eyes. To get even better results, pop into a warm bath and let the steam get to work. Remove with a damp TAKE IT OFF muslin.

STEP 3: TONING

Dampen a cotton pad with TONING ESSENCE. Gently wipe over the face and neck. On hot days you can also spritz your face (with eyes closed, of course).

STEP 4: SERUM

Apply one pump of your chosen serum to your palms and then press it into the face and neck.

STEP 5: EYES

Using your ring finger (the gentlest finger), lightly tap WINDOWS OF THE SOUL or EYE TRUFFLE all around the eye area, starting from the brow patting outwards, then inwards under the eye.

STEP 6: NECK

Using EXALT, rub onto the backs of both hands, then stroke or roll up the neck, as if you are ‘ironing’ your neck.

STEP 7: MOISTURISATION

Using upward and outward movements, massage lightly into the face and neck. Relax and let the goodness sink in.

STEP 8: FACE BASEAs the final touch of your skincare routine, give your skin the most beautiful flawless finish with VELVELUTTO. Using the sponge, sweep up the product and glide across the face for a seamless finish.

Sometimes we can let things slip a bit and the scaffolding in our skin needs a bit of extra support. Here’s a clever ritual that concentrates on slackness, cellulite and re-contouring and helps you enjoy a little slice of spa at home.

STEP 1: DRY BRUSHING

Your skin is a major organ of toxin elimination and when dead skin cells build up they reduce your ability to naturally detoxify. Dry skin brushing not only gives you smoother skin, but boosts the lymphatic flow and circulation. Brush with GIVING IT THE BRUSH OFF for about 5 minutes. Use firm strokes up the body - from feet to hip, wrist to shoulder, back and front (avoid face/neck).

STEP 2: BODY EXFOLIATION

After Step 1, scrub your entire body with SUGAR BUFF. This Mediterranean inspired olive oil and sugar based body scrub will help improve circulation and buff your skin silky smooth. Apply all over your body, massage, then

step into a lovely warm bath or shower to remove.

STEP 3: DETOX MASSAGE

Massage a couple of capfuls of WORK IT OUT vigorously from the feet upwards in circular motions, moving up the body. Pay attention to the fatty zones and areas of knotted muscles and tension. If you have a friend who can help you with your back, then even better. It’s a good idea to stand on an old towel in case the oil is splashed.

STEP 4: MUD-TOX

Now for a serious body detox. Slather GLORIOUS MUD all over the body, then step into ALL WRAPPED UP sauna suit. A 20 minute treatment is all you need to emerge with smoother, brighter, detoxed and healthier looking skin.

STEP 5: NODULE MASSAGE

Time to go deeper. Massage NO PAIN NO GAIN vigorously and deeply over areas of lumps and bumps such as ‘bat-wings’,

bum, thighs and tum. It might have soft nodules, but it’s no softy when it comes to toxins and cellulite.

STEP 6: ANTI-CELLULITE & SLIMMING

We all know how great a good night’s sleep feels. This divine before-bed relaxation ritual will help ease tension and restore your equilibrium. The ultimate way to treat skin, body and soul.

STEP 1: CREATE THE PERFECT AMBIANCE

Draw yourself a warm bath and drizzle in two capfuls of DRIFT AWAY relaxing bathing & massage oil. It will turn the water beautifully milky, so the moisturising properties and blend of essential oils can penetrate the skin.

Whilst the bath is filling, light a SIESTA FOREVER relaxing aromatic candle and put in a safe place in the bathroom.
