140MW diesel power plant rented to Amazonas Energia and

constituting 110 diesel generators. The teams performed all

construction works, including hydraulics, electromechanical,

assembly of fuel tanks with a capacity for 5000m³, and

connecting a 69 KV transmission line from the substation to

the Industrial District.

The teams handled all project aspects including hydraulic

from the power plant to Substation at Industrial District.

5 AC and Grid Connection WorksSimultaneously with electro-mechanical works, AC and grid connection works

commence in order to ensure the connection to the local grid as soon as installation

works are completed. Each grid has its own unique specifications and our team works

hard to make the perfect connection between the power plant and the local grid.

Operation and Maintenance

Once the power plant is up and running, we ensure the

seamless operation of the plant by using our advanced

controlling and management systems. Our team present

on site, together with local employees trained by us, will

be constantly monitoring the power plant’s operation and

power produced. Throughout the contract duration, we

will ensure that the team on site is always both skilled and

equipped with the required spare parts and resources.

DecommissioningAt the end of the contract, in the same way we built

our modular plant, we will decommission it, and

fully clear and clean the site, keeping environmental

preservation in mind.

CommissioningCommissioning is executed once the installation

works as well as the AC and grid connection

works are completed. At the commissioning

stage we run rigorous tests to ensure that all the

pieces are in place and that the plant is ready to

generate the power required.

Electro – Mechanical Installation Works

Upon arrival of the equipment on site, the electro-

mechanical installation works begin. Our team will

work around-the-clock to ensure a flawless installation

of our modular power plants and to complete all the

related mechanical and electrical works.

Civil WorksAs soon as the planning and engineering is complete,

the site preparation and civil works begin. In many

cases, we leverage our experience as a truly global

company to partner with local companies who

are familiar with each sites unique characteristics
