CHRISTMAS MASTERCLASSES’Time to spread some Christmas cheer with our fun and interactive classes.

Our drinks masterclasses are a great way to get into the Christmas spirit, each class lasts about 2 hours and includes mouth- watering festive nibbles and delicious drinks. Each class also includes a tasting session, the history of your favourite drinks as well as the perfect serve.

COCKTAIL MASTERCLASS £42.00 PER PERSON

Enjoy a cocktail on arrival and sip away while we show you how to recreate it. Then step behind our fully stocked professional bar, and under our expert tutelage, learn the various techniques required to make some delicious drinks while giving them a bash yourself.

To round off the night, use your new found knowledge to design, name and create your own unique serves. Sit back and enjoy your creations in the bar while you encourage (or heckle!) your friends!

RUM MASTERCLASS £42.00 PER PERSON

Stretch your sea legs and grab your pirate hat as we take you on a rum tasting adventure through the Caribbean and beyond. Learn about the fascinating history of rum and its famous associations with piracy and the British Navy, as well as the different styles and production processes.

Sample six tots of rum like a professional. No prior Rum experience necessary, just a thirst to try new things!

BEER MASTERCLASS£42 PER PERSON

Enjoy a tour of the famous Wellpark Brewery, finishing with a taste of the famous lager. Afterwards enjoy a two hour tutored beer tasting, sampling a range of Scottish and international craft beers from Tennent’s and beyond. Learn about the different styles of beer, their flavours, food pairings, and the history behind the pint.

GIN TASTING MASTERCLASS £42.00 PER PERSON

At our all new Gin Masterclass, you can expect an incredible and in-depth insight into the world of gin. Learn about the botanicals and how it’s created, with samples of the most popular brands in the industry. The masterclass will conclude with a gin cocktail demonstration for you to learn to make at home.

WHISKY TASTING MASTERCLASS £42.00 PER PERSON

Do you know your highlands from your lowlands or would you like to learn about them and more? Then you can expect to experience an incredible and in-depth insight into the world of whisky in the professional surroundings of the academy tasting school.

From Lowlands to Highlands, Speyside to the Islands, Campbeltown to Islay, our accredited Whisky Ambassador will take you on a tour of Scotland, learning about the regions and the whiskies produced there, the fascinating history behind our national spirit, and a few stories behind each dram.

WINE TASTING MASTERCLASS £42.00 PER PERSON

These informal evenings provide an ideal opportunity to taste and compare six different wines from around the world with our wine fanatics in a relaxed and informal environment.

During your tasting you will be sampling Sparkling, White, Rose and Red wines from different countries, discussing the region, grape variety and taste profile of each, with some stories and interesting facts thrown in.

All levels of wine knowledge and experience are welcome. The class is informal and light hearted, with a view to increasing your wine tasting experience rather than writing extensive tasting notes. All we require is a thirst for wine and an open mind!

FESTIVE PARTY LUNCHFROM 2PM | £50 PER PERSON (MINIMUM NUMBERS OF 10)

Our party lunches have all the ingredients for the perfect day out. Enjoy an arrival glass of bubbly before sitting down to a festive 3 course meal. After dinner, sample one of our festive cocktails, then get behind our bar and learn how to make your own creation. Later on enjoy some live music before heading to The Corinthian Club to continue the celebrations.

COOK, CHRISTMAS & KARAOKEFROM 7PM | £58 PER PERSON

Our chef will demonstrate how to make your own exquisite Christmas dish, while you sip on an ice cold pint of Tennent’s or Magners. Afterwards, it’s your turn to step-up and become head chef as you recreate your own masterpiece.

Afterwards dance the night away in our bar with our karaoke machine until midnight.

ULTIMATE VIP CHRISTMAS PARTYFROM 6PM | £95 PER PERSON (MINIMUM NUMBERS OF 10)

Kick off your evening with a glass of Prosecco on arrival whilst enjoying our Chef’s tasty starter. Afterwards, learn how to make your own perfect Christmas main dish following on from Chef’s demonstration which you can then sit down to enjoy.

Finally, take part in our wine tasting event followed by our signature cocktail masterclass. The private bar will then become your very own karaoke room where you can sing until your hearts content.

At midnight your transport will arrive to take you to The Corinthian Club.

SANTA’S LITTLE HELPERS CHRISTMAS GIFTS & TREATS £39 PER ADULT & CHILD SATURDAY 14TH & SUNDAY 15TH DECEMBER

Bring the wee ones along to the Cook School for some festive fun with this family friendly masterclass. Don your aprons and get messy as you cook along with our chef and make your own Christmas themed cookies, shortbread biscuits and chocolate treats. Listen to some Christmas tunes and decorate your own chef’s hat, then it’s time to eat your creations at our giant chefs table.

Christmas is the busiest time of the year for Santa, that’s why we’ve decided to give the man himself some time off to relax before the big day.
