Day 4 Tues. Dec 5 Today will be a fun-filled day as we explore the sights & sounds of Nashville. We start the day with a visit to the Country Music Hall of Fame. Here you’ll be immersed in the history and sounds of country music, it’s origins and traditions, and the stories to go along with it. We’ll then have lunch at Jack’s BBQ, a local favorite in historic downtown Nashville. Then we’re off to “Ice”. Here you’ll be amazed at a whimsical wonderland of larger-than-life ice sculptures carved from more than nearly 2 million pounds of ice. A sight to behold! Let the kid come out in you and you can even slide down the “ice slide”. No trip to Nashville would be complete without experiencing the Grand Ole Opry Show at the historic Ryman Auditorium. Day 5 Wed. Dec 6 We say good-bye to Nashville today and travel to Louisville, KY. This afternoon we’ll enjoy a guided tour of Churchill Downs and visit the Kentucky Derby Museum. After dinner tonight you’re in for a real treat! Each year the Louisville Mega Cavern is transformed into an underground holiday light spectacular for the Christmas Season. We’ll take a ride on our motor coach traveling through 17 miles of underground caverns. It’s the only underground light display of it’s kind in the world. You’ll be totally amazed! Lodging tonight in Louisville. (B,D)

Day 6 Thurs. Dec 7 This morning before leaving Louisville we’ll visit the Louisville Slugger Museum, which showcases the history of baseball. You’ll be in awe at the sight of the world’s largest bat, standing 6 stories high and 68,000 lbs. We then say farewell to Louisville and travel to Indianapolis, IN. This afternoon we’ll visit the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum. Here you’ll see a collection of race cars from many different series of auto racing, at various points in history. After checking into our hotel we’re off to Beef n’ Boards Dinner Theatre, where we’ll enjoy a delightful Christmas Production. (B,D)

Day 7 Fri. Dec 8 Today we travel home, glowing with Christmas memories of the beautiful sights, sounds & smells of the season. (B)
