Aux Rives du Soleil is approximately 670 km from Calais and is situated between the beautiful city of Mâcon and the roman village of Tournus. This part of France is known for its warm summers and very mild autumns. An ideal climate for an active holiday and to explore the beauty of the surroundings. The area has everything to offer to epicureans and nature lovers.

Mobile home

Our mobile homes offer you all the comforts of home.The bedrooms can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children (up to age 13). The mobile homes have a surface area of 24 square meters. You can bring your own bed linen or rent bed linen at the reception.

Our tents are perfect for anyone who loves camping, but does not own a tent. Experience how comfortable camping can be. You only have to bring your own bed linen, the rest is taken care of. Bed linen is also available for rent at the reception.

Itinerary

Exit the A6 at junction 27 or 28 (toll) and follow the N6 (D906) for 15 km in the direction of Pont-de-Vaux. In Fleurville follow signs for Pont-de-Vaux (D933a). Aux Rives du Soleil is located on the other side of the bridge across the river Saône.

Opening schedule

Aux Rives du Soleil is open from the end of April up to the middle of October.

Camping Aux Rives du Soleil is a friendly

and pleasant campsite situated on the banks

of the river Saône. The campsite lies on the

border of the Burgundy and Ain departments.

This location makes the campsite ideal for a

long or overnight stay on your journey to the

south or north.

The Dutch owners and their staff will do their

utmost to make you feel welcome and at

home.

The campsite

The campsite has a surface area of 8 hectares and is situated on the banks of the river Saône. Each of our 160 pitches has a surface area of at least 100 square meters and is surrounded by hedges and trees that provide plenty of shade. The pitches overlook the children’s playgrounds or the green countryside.

Two special areas on the campsite are reserved for those who just want to stop over on their journey to the south or north: arrive and depart whenever you want.

Animation programme

~ for adultsIn May, June and September the campsite orga-nizes trips to wine chateaus, Burgundy evenings and Jeu de Boules tournaments. We also offer an animation programme and you are welcome to take part in it and discover the beautiful surroundings.

~ for kidsDuring high season, Mingo and Jingo are staying at the campsite to entertain and help children (up to age 13) discover the campsite. They also have various events scheduled to make your children’s stay at our campsite a real adventure.

Its location makes the campsite ideal for both long and short (overnight) stays when travelling north or south.

Even if you arrive at the campsite late in the evening, you can still enjoy a warm meal or a snack on the campsite. In the morning the reception sells bread and croissants: a great way to start or conclude your holiday!
