Mr. M.B. Rajput chairman of TEPL Group of companies and Managing Director of TuljabhavaniEngimech Pvt. Ltd. completed bachelor of Engineering in Production from S.K. Somaya Universityof Mumbai.

Initially he gained an intensive work experience in some ma jor companies like Godrej & Boyce Ltd.,Savair Energy Ltd. for 7 years before starting his own organization.

He has a hands on experience in all fields right from marketing, planning, budgeting, designexecution, raising & controlling, finance, setting the MIS, communication & co -ordination channels,

recruitment, training & developing the organisation skills in various fields such as civil, structural,Heavy Equipment Fabrication, Shipping Fabrication, MEP (Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical etc.),Industrial Utilities, etc.

Presently, he heads the TEPL Group of companies of a staff of approximately 40 employees withmore than 20 projects (in progress) at various places in India.

TEPL Group of companies has been awarded Best Quality award & certification from PipavavShipyard Ltd in 2011-12.
