Menon Bearings Ltd. established in 1991, is one of the few companies in

the continent having fully integrated manufacturing facilities under one roof,to produce a wide range of critical auto components like bi-metal Engine

bearings, Bushes & Thrust Washers for light & heavy automobile engines,

two wheeler engines as well as for compressors, refrigerators, air

conditioners etc. MBL is listed on the BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange) & is

globally positioned with business activities spanning 24 countries around the

globe. Exporting 35 % of its production capacity, with exports growth at

more than 25 % per annum, the engineering capabilities at MBL enjoys

strong brand equity among leading OEM`s all over the world.

Menon Bearings Limited manufactures an extensive and diverse range of bi-

metal Engine Bearings, Bushes & Thrust Washers for light & heavy

automobile engines, Three-wheeler engines as well as for compressors,

refrigerators, air conditioners etc. We offer an extensive portfolio of productsolutions to our global customers. Our comprehensive manufacturing line

and our varied product portfolio positions makes us to be a single-source

vendor to various global OEMs.

India's first QS 9000 certified manufacturer of grey iron automotive

components like cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, and hydraulic control

assemblies, Menon and Menon Ltd. is based in Kolhapur, India and caters

to the requirements of almost all the major Passenger Car, Truck and Tractor

manufacturing companies in India. Currently the Company has been certified

to TS 16949:2002 standards.

Menon Pistons Limited, manufactures aluminum alloy Pistons, Piston Pins,

and Piston Rings for passenger cars, Heavy and Light commercial vehicles,

Heavy Duty diesel Engines for power generators and Earth movers,

Compressors etc. with the 3 plants located around Kolhapur, the company

manufactures 2.4 Million pistons per month. Today MPL is ISO-TS 16949

Certified and has also been awarded "Ship To Use" Status by Cummins India

and B.E.M.L. and "Preferred Supplier" from MACK Trucks, USA

Menon Bearings Limited, manufactures a whole range of bi-metal engine

bearings, bushes & thrust washers for light medium & heavy automobile

engines, 2 wheeler engines as well as for compressors & for refrigerators &

air conditioners. Exporting 30 % of production capacity and with exportsgrowth at more than 25 % per annum, the MBL brand enjoys strong equity

among leading OEMs all over the world as the preferred OE supplier. MBL's

quality systems are TS-16949:2002 and MBL has been awarded "Ship to

Use" certification by major OEMs

Menon Pistons Rings (P) Limited. manufactures Cast Iron, Alloy Cast Iron,

S.G. Iron (Ductile Cast Iron), Steel, Hard chrome plated, Hard chrome

Profile ground, Moly coated, Moly plasma / Inlay Moly Piston Rings, with

diameters ranging from 60 mm to 205 mm and applications that range from

passenger cars to heavy duty engines for marine and power generation. MPR

manufactures 600000 rings per month. MPR export 35 % of total production

has been awarded status of Preferred Supplier from MACK Trucks, USA
